4 Technical requirements
4.1 The parts to be treated shall meet the following requirements GB/T6807-2001
4.1.1 When there are special provisions, the machining, forming, welding and drilling of the workpiece shall be completed before treatment. 4.1.2 The surface quality of the workpiece shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical documents. 4.2 Heat treatment of workpieces
For workpieces for special purposes, stress should be eliminated before phosphating treatment and hydrogen embrittlement should be eliminated after phosphating treatment. 4.3 Pre-treatment
4.3.1 The oil, rust and scale on the workpiece surface can be treated by one or more methods. 4.3.2 After degreasing, the workpiece should not have grease, emulsion and other dirt, and its surface should be completely wetted by water. 4.3.3 After pickling, there should be no visible oxides, rust and excessive corrosion. 4.3.4 After shot blasting, there should be no missed spraying, abrasive adhesion, rust and oil stains on the workpiece, and its surface should reveal the original color of the metal. 4.4 Phosphating
4.4.1 The main application methods of phosphating can be carried out by dipping, spraying or a combination of spraying. 4.4.2 For workpieces with slight oil pollution or rust, degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and passivation should generally be used in steps. In special cases, degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and passivation can be used in combination. 4.4.3 Phosphating can be carried out in a solution with zinc, manganese, zinc calcium, alkali metals, other metals or ammonia dihydrogen phosphate as the main component. 4.4.4 The preparation, adjustment and management of the phosphating bath liquid should be carried out in accordance with the corresponding process specifications. 4.4.5 All equipment (pipes, nozzles, pumps, tanks, etc.) that come into contact with the phosphating solution should be resistant to phosphate corrosion and should not affect the performance of the phosphating solution or damage the quality of the phosphating film.
4.4.6 The phosphating film formed on the surface of the workpiece should meet the technical requirements of 4.6, 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9. 4.5 Post-treatment
4.5.1 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the phosphate film, the phosphated workpiece after water washing can be passivated in an appropriate passivation solution, but it must not affect the adhesion of the coating.
4.5.2 After phosphating or passivating, the workpiece should generally be washed with water. In order to improve the cleaning quality of the workpiece surface, it is best to use deionized water for the final water washing.
4.5.3 After the final water washing, the workpiece can be painted after drying according to the needs of the subsequent painting, or directly painted without drying. 4.5.4 In order to prevent: 1. The surface of the workpiece is contaminated or rusted, the painting should be done as soon as possible after drying. The interval between phosphating and painting is generally not more than 161. For special processing and special workpieces, the interval time can be appropriately extended, but the surface of the workpiece during this period must not be contaminated or rusted. 4.6 Phosphate film appearance
4.6.1 After phosphating, the color of the workpiece should be light gray to gray-black or colorful, and the film layer should be densely crystallized, continuous and uniform. 4.6.2 After phosphating, the workpiece has the following conditions or any one of them, which are all allowable defects; 4.6.2.1 Slight water marks, passivation marks, whitening and dusting; 4.6.2.2 Uneven color and texture due to local heat treatment, welding and different surface processing conditions; 4.6.2.3 No phosphate film at the seam.
4.6.3 After phosphating, the workpiece has the following conditions, which are all allowable defects: 4. 6.3. 1 Loose phosphate film layer;
4.6.3.2 Rust or green spots
4.6.3.3 No phosphate film (except welds) 4.6.3.4 Severe dust on the surface.
4.7 Phosphate film weight
Determination of phosphate film weight According to the provisions of GB/T9792, the phosphate film weight should conform to the values listed in Table 1. For the conversion relationship between phosphate film thickness and film weight, refer to Appendix 13 (suggestive appendix).
4.8 Phosphate film corrosion resistance
GB/T 6807-· 2001
Inspect the corrosion resistance of phosphate film according to 5.3. After 1 hour, the base metal should not be rusted (except for edges, holes, corners and welds). 4.9 Coating corrosion resistance
Inspect the coating corrosion resistance according to 5.4. After 24 hours of neutral salt spray resistance test for zinc, manganese and zinc-calcium phosphate coatings, and after 8 hours of neutral salt spray test for iron phosphate coatings, the coating should not have blistering, shedding and rust except for the scratched parts. Certificate: The scratched part refers to the area within 0.5 mm of the width near the scratch mark. 5 Inspection method
5.1 Appearance inspection
Use visual inspection under natural light or mixed lighting conditions. The illumination of natural light shall not be less than 1001x, and the minimum lighting factor shall be 2%; the illumination of mixed lighting shall not be less than 5001x. 5.2 Method for determination of phosphate film weight
Determine the film weight according to the method specified in GB/T9792. 5.3 Phosphate film corrosion resistance inspection
Phosphate test specimen (which has been cooled to room temperature) is immersed in 3% sodium chloride (NaCl) aqueous solution for a short time at 15-25°C, and the specified time is maintained. Take out the test specimen, clean it, blow it, and visually inspect whether there is rust on the phosphated surface. 5.4 Test of corrosion resistance of coating film
5.4.1 Phosphate specimens treated in 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5. Prepare a 25-35μm thick white amino baking ten enamel coating specimen in accordance with HG/T2594-1994 according to the provisions of Preparation Method 3 of G13/T1765-[979] for testing. 5.4.2 After the coating specimens are prepared, cut the coating film into 1 mm long using the cutting tool recommended by GJ3/T9286. 2cm intersection of diagonals (the scratch is deep to the steel substrate, the diagonal does not penetrate the diagonal, and the end points of the diagonal are equidistant from the diagonal). Take three specimens, with the scratched side facing up, and then place the coating specimens in a salt spray test chamber that complies with GB/T1771, and test continuously under the test conditions specified therein. 5.4.3 During inspection, take out the specimens, rinse off the salt accumulated on the surface of the specimens with white water, blow quickly with cold air for 1 minute (or absorb with a towel or filter paper), and visually inspect the surface of the specimens.
6 Acceptance rules

Rules for the appearance inspection of phosphate coating
This standard applies to the appearance inspection after general phosphating. A1 The appearance inspection of phosphate coating shall comply with the relevant provisions of GJ3/T2828. A2 Defect classification: The appearance defects of phosphate coating are divided into light defects and heavy defects. The allowable defects in 4.6.2 are light defects, while the unallowable defects in 4.6.3 are heavy defects. A3 During the appearance inspection, the acceptance is generally based on the appearance color and film weight of the phosphate coating. The qualification or failure is judged by the presence or absence of heavy defects, and light defects are generally not used to judge the qualification or failure. A4 The batch inspection adopts a one-time sampling plan, and the initial inspection is a normal inspection. The defect type, qualified quality level and inspection level are shown in Table A1.
