Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Talc for daily-use ceramics Subject content and scope of application QB/T1638—1992 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of talc for daily-use ceramics. This standard applies to talc for daily-use ceramics. 2 Reference standards JC 167 Chemical analysis method of talc JC300 Method for determining sieve residue of talc 3 Product classification According to the state of the product, it is divided into block and powder. 4 Technical requirements According to the quality requirements of talc, it is divided into first-class products and qualified products. 4.1 4.2 After calcination at a temperature above 1250℃, the appearance of talc is white or light yellow. 4.3 Particle size of powdered talc: The residue on the sieve is not more than 2% when passing through a 0.075mm sieve. The size of blocky talc shall be determined by both parties. The chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Chemical composition Fe:O,+TiO2 Loss on ignition 5 Test method 5.1 High temperature calcination is carried out in an electric furnace, and the appearance and color are identified by visual inspection. 5.2 Particle size is determined according to JC300. 5.3 Chemical composition is determined according to JC167. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 15, 1993 434 Qualified products Implemented on September 1, 1993 6 Inspection rules QB/T16381992 6.1 Each batch of products must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. When leaving the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the products. 6.2 Products are batched according to the same grade. 6.3 Sample extraction 6.3.1 For bagged products, sample bags are first extracted from the product batch according to the provisions of Table 2, and then 1kg of sample is extracted from each sample bag, mixed evenly, and reduced to the sample size required for the test item by quartering. Table 2 Batch · Delivery Sample size, 26~150 151~1 200 1 201~35 000 6.3.2 Bulk products should be sampled by grid method or square method to take no less than 10kg sample, crush the sample and then reduce it to the required sample size by quartering method after it is crushed. 6.4 Product inspection results, if one of the two indicators of particle size and chemical composition does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sampling and re-inspection should be carried out. If one of them still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6.5 If it is judged as an unqualified batch after inspection, the batch of products shall be reprocessed by the supplier before it can be submitted for inspection again. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storageWww.bzxZ.net 7.1 Powdered products must be packaged in moisture-proof bags, and the weight error of each package shall not exceed 1%. 7.2 The packaging bag should indicate the product name, grade, trademark, weight, date of manufacture, and name of the manufacturer. 7.3 The packaging bag must be covered during transportation to prevent foreign impurities from mixing in. 7.4 Products of different grades should be stacked separately, and the site should be kept clean, hygienic, ventilated and dry. Additional notes: This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Ceramic Standardization Center. This standard is drafted by the Ceramic Industry Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Huang Cai'e and Li Miaoliang. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB970-1986% Daily Ceramic Talc Powder will be invalid. 435 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
