4.1 The free flow of the oil pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2 The cut-off pressure of the oil pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.3 Durability
After the oil pump has been in normal operation for 500 hours, its free flow value shall not be less than 90% of that before operation, and the cut-off pressure shall be within the range of Table 1, and its main working parts shall not have significant defects.
4.4 The oil pump shall have good sealing to ensure no fuel leakage. 4.5 High and low temperature resistance range of the oil pump
a. Ambient temperature: -35~+50℃, b. Working medium temperature: 30~~+45℃. 4.6 When the working voltage varies within the range of 0.9~1.25 times of the rated voltage, the oil pump shall work normally, and the oil output shall be more than 80% of the specified value.
4.7 The dielectric strength of the oil pump coil to the shell insulation medium shall comply with the provisions of Article 15 of Chapter 3 of ZBT35001, and there shall be no breakdown phenomenon when subjected to 50Hz and a test voltage of 550V for 1min. 4.8 The vibration resistance of the oil pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3 in ZBT35001. After the product is vibrated, the parts shall not be damaged, the fasteners shall not be loose, and the parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.9 The protection level of the oil pump shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T4942.1 and GB/T4942.2, among which the protection level of the oil pump shall be 5 (dustproof) to prevent foreign objects and human contact with the interior, and 4 (moisture-proof) to prevent water from entering the interior. 4.10 There must be an import or export mark on the oil pump. 4.11 The type of the inlet and outlet pipe joints of the oil pump shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3604. 4.12 There must be a voltage polarity mark on the wire terminal, and the polarity of the pump connector can be distinguished by the color of the wire. 4.13 The surface of the oil pump shell shall not have scratches, cracks, shrinkage holes, deformations and other defects that affect the operation and performance of the oil pump that affect the surface quality. 5 Test methods
5.1 The free flow of the oil pump shall be tested on a special test bench for oil pumps (see Appendix A) and shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 The cut-off pressure of the oil pump shall be tested on a special test bench for oil pumps and shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 The durability test of the oil pump shall be carried out on a special test bench for oil pumps. The total working hours shall not be less than 500h, and the various parameters shall be qualified if they meet the requirements of Article 4.3. The test time is allowed to be accumulated. 5.4 The sealing test of the oil pump shall be carried out on a special test bench for oil pumps. When the oil outlet is closed, the oil pump shall be qualified if it works continuously for 3 minutes without leakage.

5.5 High and low temperature resistance test of oil pump: put the oil pump and the test oil into a low temperature box with a low temperature of -35±2℃ and a high temperature box with a high temperature of 50±2℃, keep it warm for 2 hours without working, and then test its working ability in the temperature box. The parameters should meet the requirements of Table 1. If the oil pump is to be taken out of the temperature box for testing, the high temperature measurement should be completed within 2 minutes and the low temperature measurement should be completed within 5 minutes. The parameters should meet the requirements of Table 1. 5.6 The voltage fluctuation test is carried out on a special test bench for oil pumps. The power supply output voltage fluctuates at 0.9 to 1.25 times the rated voltage. The oil output of the oil pump should meet the requirements of Article 4.6.
5.7 The oil pump withstand voltage test is carried out in accordance with Article 3.15 of ZBT35001. 5.8 The oil pump vibration resistance test is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZBT35001. 5.9 The protection level test of the oil pump shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T.4942.1 and GB/T4942.2. The dustproof test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 and Table 3 of GB/T4942.2. The manufacturer may also negotiate with the user to formulate the test method. The test method for waterproofing the interior shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 4 of GB/T4942.2. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each oil pump shall be inspected and qualified by the department before it can be shipped out of the factory, and shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity or a certificate of conformity. 6.2 The factory inspection items are 4.1, 4.2, 4.4, and 4.13. 6.3 The type inspection items are 4.1 to 4.13, and all data shall meet the technical requirements. The number of oil pumps to be sampled is six of the same model. If one of them fails, the number of pumps to be inspected shall be doubled. If it fails again, the manufacturer should take measures immediately, eliminate the defects, and re-test. If the product passes the test, it is a qualified product. 6.4 Type inspection should be carried out when one of the following situations occurs. 7.2 The oil pump should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position, and the label should comply with JB/T8 regulations. Label content:

Full name and address of the manufacturing unit.
7.3 The packaging of the oil pump shall comply with the provisions of Article 3 and Article 5 of Chapter 1 of JB/T2759. 7.3.1 When packaging the oil pump in units of single units, care should be taken not to allow the test oil inside the oil pump to leak out. The product certificate should be included in the package, and the information on the label should be displayed on the oil pump packaging box. 7.3.2 When the oil pump is supplied in batches, it can be packaged in cartons of 10 or 20 units. The oil pumps should be placed in cartons after being packaged individually. The outer surface of the carton should be printed with the information on the product label, as well as the "handle with care" mark and the "afraid of moisture" mark, and should comply with the provisions of GB/T191.
7.3.3 After the outer packaging is sealed, it should be tied with polypropylene plastic tape, oxidized steel tape or other materials in accordance with the provisions of JB/T2759. 7.4 The oil pump should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse with a relative humidity of no more than 80% and no corrosive gas. 341
