5.1. Break the kinetic energy test

5.2 Special braking performance test (apparatus for wheeled tractors) 35.2.1 Cold braking performance test
The test should be carried out in two states: with and without auxiliary brakes. The service brakes must be in a "cold state" before the start of the test. For those who meet the following conditions, the brakes are in a "cold state"\a. The brakes are in: h The above have not been used: b. The temperature measured on the brake disc or the outside of the brake drum is greater than 1 °C; for fully enclosed brakes (including high-speed brakes), the temperature measured on the outer surface of the shell is less than 0. During the test, wait for the temperature to stabilize at the end of the test, and apply a certain frequency of force to the clutch pedal of the tractor until the tractor comes to a complete stop. The longitudinal force should remain unchanged during the braking process: the point of action should be in the middle of the pedal and the direction of the force should be the direction of least effort. Measure the speed of the tractor before braking, the pedal force and the operating force of the brake pedal. Repeat the reverse test. The test starts from the main force until the brake reaches 600 (the smallest one). The brake part should be "cold".
When the braking frequency is large: the brake marks of the left and right wheels should also be measured. For four-wheel drive tractors, if the instruction manual stipulates that two-wheel drive is used for transport operations, the test is only carried out in the two-wheel drive state. If otherwise specified, the test is carried out in two-wheel drive (if it can be disengaged) and four-wheel drive states. 5-2.2 Hot Braking Performance Test
Before carrying out this test, the tractor under test should undergo the test in 5-2.1. Within 3 m after the whole machine has been run in any of the following ways, the state of its service brakes can be considered as the "severe state":
a. Apply the force of 5.2.1 on the brake pedal of the tractor under test and obtain a level of 1m/* minus 19. The machine is tested and travels at a speed of 5% to % of the normal speed for 1 km:h. The tractor to be tested is in neutral gear, and the tractor is pulled horizontally by the pulling force. The tractor brake is operated to make the engine produce 10% of the required force and keep it constant. The tractor runs at a speed within 5% of the maximum speed of the tractor under test. When the tractor brake is in the "hot state", the test is carried out by recording force method. The maximum force applied at this time is the maximum force as shown in Section 2 of Section 5.2.1. 5.3 The longitudinal travel of the tractor brake is measured.
