This standard is a revision of ZBK04002-89 "Environmental Technical Requirements for Indoor and Outdoor Anticorrosion Low-voltage Electrical Appliances". The revised JB/T9536-1999 is basically consistent with ZBK04002-89 in terms of technical content. According to the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993 and GB/T1.3-1997, the foreword is added, and the referenced standards and writing format are adjusted. Indoor and outdoor anti-corrosion low-voltage electrical appliances (hereinafter referred to as "anti-corrosion electrical appliances") shall comply with the provisions of this standard. Anything not specified or explained in this standard shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding ordinary low-voltage electrical appliance standards. 1 Scope
This standard specifies the protection type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking and supply of anti-corrosion electrical appliances. This standard applies to the design and production of corrosion-resistant low-voltage electrical appliances used in indoor and outdoor environments with light corrosion, moderate corrosion and strong corrosion. 2 Cited standards

5.2 Anti-corrosion electrical appliances should have a certain anti-corrosion ability. WF2
5.2.1 After the anti-light corrosion electrical appliances are subjected to 12 cycles of wet heat test in accordance with the provisions of 6.1 of this standard, they shall meet all the provisions of 4.1.3 of JB/834-1999.
5.2.2 After the anti-medium corrosion electrical appliances are subjected to 2 cycles of corrosion test in accordance with the provisions of 6.2 of this standard, they shall meet the following requirements: a) The insulation resistance between the casing of the anti-corrosion electrical appliances and the live parts, and between the live parts insulated from each other shall not be less than 2MQ;
b) The test voltage value of the power frequency withstand voltage of the anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall be the same as that of the corresponding ordinary low-voltage electrical appliance industry standards; c) The operating performance after the anti-corrosion test shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding ordinary low-voltage electrical appliance industry standards. d) Appearance.
Conductive, magnetic and metal structural parts in the housing shall not show obvious corrosion, such as verdigris, rust (except for the core pole surface), etc.
The protective layer on the outer surface of the housing shall not be soft or wrinkled, and the bottom metal shall not be corroded (except for welds and mechanical damage). The coating shall not generally have bubbles with a diameter greater than 1mm, and the maximum diameter of individual bubbles shall be greater than 5mm. Plastic housings and plastic parts on the housing shall not bubble, deform or crack. The writing on plastic nameplates and signboards shall be clear and shall not be warped or fall off.
The sealing gasket shall be free of cracks and stickiness. 5.2.3 After 10 cycles of corrosion test according to 6.2 of this standard, anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall comply with all the provisions of 5.2.2 of this standard. 5.3 Outdoor anti-corrosion electrical appliances should have good low temperature resistance. After low temperature test according to 6.4 of this standard, they should meet the following requirements: a) They should be able to operate and move normally;
b) Plastic parts and sealing gaskets should not crack or become brittle. 5.4 Outdoor anti-corrosion electrical appliances can be designed for product temperature rise according to the maximum ambient temperature of 40℃, but the temperature rise margin reserved for different color shells must be shown in Table 3.

5.6 If the anti-corrosion electrical appliances use a sealed shell, the sealing requirement is that the top of the cover is 50mm underwater, the shell is kept at a relative atmospheric pressure greater than 0.25, and it lasts for 5 minutes, and there is no bubble overflow in the shell. 6 Test methods
6.1 The corrosion test of low-voltage electrical appliances with mild corrosion resistance shall be carried out in accordance with all the provisions of 5.1 of JB/T834-1999. 6.2 The corrosion test of electrical appliances with moderate corrosion resistance and strong corrosion resistance shall be carried out in accordance with the test conditions of sulfur dioxide with a starting theoretical concentration of 17.5 mg/L as specified in Table 1 of GB/T2423.33-1989. 6.3 After measuring the insulation resistance of the electrical appliances with corrosion resistance 3 hours before the end of the low-temperature stage of the last cycle of the corrosion test, the power frequency withstand voltage test shall be carried out. 6.4 The low temperature test of anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall be carried out in accordance with the test Ab in GB/T2423.1-1989: the low temperature test method of temperature gradient of non-heat dissipation test samples, so that the temperature of the electrical appliances is stabilized at -25±3℃, and then maintained continuously for not less than 1h. After the operation and action performance tests are carried out in the test box (room), the appearance inspection shall be immediately carried out outside the box. During the low temperature test, only the cable and wire sealing devices are allowed to be loosened. 6.5 The shell protection level test of anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4942.2. 6.6 The appearance inspection of the internal parts of the shell of anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall be carried out immediately after the corrosion test. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 The test of anti-corrosion electrical appliances is divided into factory test and type test. In addition to all the items specified in the corresponding ordinary low-voltage electrical appliance industry standards, the type test of anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall also include corrosion test, low temperature test and shell protection level test. 7.2 For the same series of shell products of anti-corrosion electrical appliances with the same structure, process and material, representative products are allowed to be selected for testing. If the test is qualified, the same series of shell products with the same structure, process and material are considered qualified. 7.3 When different components are installed in the same shell of anti-corrosion electrical appliances, it is allowed to select a representative component for testing. If the test is qualified, all other products installed in the same shell are considered qualified. 7.4 The corrosion test, low temperature test and shell protection level test of anti-magic electrical appliances shall be carried out in one of the following situations: a) During the trial production of new products;
b) When the changes in product structure, process and material are sufficient to affect the performance; C) When it is not produced frequently and the interval is more than two years; d) For frequent production, regular tests should be carried out, and the test period is the same as that of the corresponding ordinary low-voltage electrical appliances. 7.5 The corrosion test, low temperature test and shell protection level test samples of anti-corrosion electrical appliances shall not be less than 2 sets. However, for products with low production and large volume, one set can be used for testing.
7.5.1 When testing according to the provisions of 7.4a and 7.4b of this standard, if one set fails, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 7.5.2 If one unit fails to meet the requirements in the test specified in 7.4c and d of this standard, the test shall be repeated with double the number. If one unit still fails to meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be unqualified.

5 Products that meet the requirements of 5.6 of this standard may not be tested for the degree of protection of the enclosure, but may be subjected to corrosion tests and low temperature tests after the complete enclosure and exposed parts are installed in accordance with 7.6
. 8 Marking and supply
