1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of the dispatching winch (hereinafter referred to as the winch).

4 Connection technical requirements

The winch should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and installation documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Use coal mine production book The capstan and electrical equipment of the winch shall comply with the relevant provisions of the coal mine safety program. 4.3 The winch pulley shall meet the 8-8-7 grade accuracy requirements specified in GB[00S5]. 4.4 The height of the outermost edge of the wire rope on the winch drum shall not be less than 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope. 4.5 The rotating parts outside the winch shall have safety protection devices. 4.6 The winch structure is flexible and easy to operate, safer and more convenient. 4.7 There shall be no oil leakage in all parts of the winch.

5 Test method and inspection regulations
5.1 Test conditions
5.1.1 The vehicle shall be tested under rated output pressure, and the differential pressure shall be ±5%. 5.1.2 The measuring instruments and meters used for the test shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity and periodic adjustment certificates. 5.3 The following items should be available during the test: a.
