This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of V-shaped rubber sealing rings.
This standard applies to V-shaped rubber sealing rings for end face sealing and dust prevention in mechanical equipment with a circumferential speed of the rotating shaft not exceeding 19m/s.

Technical conditions for sealing rubber products
Vp.-shaped rubber seals are divided into S type and A type, see Figure 1 and Figure 2. Figure 1 S type

4.1The rubber material for the V-shaped rubber sealing ring is nitrile rubber or fluororubber. The characteristics and working conditions of different rubber materials shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

The lip of the sealing ring should be filled, full, flat and smooth. No bubbles, impurities, uneven defects are allowed. 4.3
The appearance quality index of the non-working surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 4 of HG4329. 4.4
The surface roughness R of the sealing ring is 3.2μm, and the surface roughness R of the metal part in contact with the lip is 1.6um. The dimensional tolerance of the sealing ring shall comply with the provisions of M3 grade in Table 1 of GB3672. 5
5 Test method
5.1 The appearance quality of the sealing ring shall be inspected by the daily test method. JB/T6994--93
5.2 The physical performance test of the sealing ring shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.2 of GB7040. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The product shall be inspected and accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard and relevant regulations. Qualified products shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate.
6.2 The dimensions of the product shall be sampled according to the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. The number of random inspections is 2% of the total number of the batch (no less than 5 pieces for each specification). If the inspection result is unqualified, the number should be doubled for re-inspection. If it is still unqualified, it should be checked one by one, and all unqualified products are not allowed to leave the factory. 6.3. The physical properties of the rubber materials used in the product should be inspected according to the items specified in Table 4. If one item is unqualified, double the samples should be taken for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If the re-inspection is still unqualified, the batch of rubber materials is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The marking, packaging and transportation of the products shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5721. 7.2 Storage
7.2.1 The storage environment temperature should be between -15 and 35℃. The relative humidity should not exceed 80%, and the distance must be 1m away from the heat source. 7.2.2 The product is prohibited from contacting with harmful substances such as acids, alkalis, oils and organic agents. 7.2.3
The product shall not be subjected to heavy pressure or damage.
Under the above storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the product can be used within 1.5 years of storage from the date of manufacture. Additional remarks:
