Absorptive bud
The bud growing between the axils of the leaves and stems of the mother plant above the ground. 4 Quality requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The source of the seedlings is clear, and the purity of the variety is greater than 98%. 4.1.2 The growth is strong, the leaf color is normal, the growth is good, and the stems are not rotten or deteriorated. 4.2 Grading
On the premise of meeting 4.1, grading shall be carried out according to the following indicators. According to the three indicators of stem thickness, seedling height and longest leaf width, pineapple seedlings are divided into two levels (see Table 1 and Table 2). Seedlings below the second level standard are substandard seedlings and shall not be sold as commercial seedlings.

5 Inspection method
5.1 Inspection requirements
The same batch of seedlings shall be inspected uniformly.
5.2 Sampling

Carry out according to the provisions of 6.2 in GB9847—1988. 5.3 Purity test
2. 5~~3. 6
Unit: cm
Unit: cm
Observe the leaf morphology and stem morphology of each sample visually to determine the number of seedlings of the variety to be inspected. The purity of the variety is calculated according to formula (1).
Number of seedlings of the specified variety in the sample × 100
Purity of variety (%) -
Total number of seedlings in the sample
Round the result to the nearest decimal place. The inspection results shall be recorded in the record table specified in Appendix A. 5.4 Appearance inspection
· (1)
Stem diameter: Measure the maximum diameter 3 cm above the base of the crown bud or sucker seedling with a vernier caliper; measure the maximum diameter of the seedling from the base to the highest point of the seedling with a steel tape measure; and measure the maximum width of the longest leaf with a ruler flattened to measure the widest part of the leaf. The inspection results shall be recorded in the record table specified in Appendix A. 5.5 Epidemic inspection
It shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Plant Quarantine Regulations" of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Plant Quarantine Regulations (Agricultural Part)" of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.

If pineapple seedlings need to be transported, they should be packed in bamboo baskets or other containers with good ventilation and air permeability. 8.2 Marking
NY/T 451--2001
To prevent the mixing of varieties, the seedlings need to be labeled when they are round, see Appendix C. Indicate the seedling name, grade, quantity, seedling raising unit, certificate number and date of issue. If more than two varieties are shipped on a truck at the same time, they should be loaded in order of varieties and clearly distinguished. When filling in the label, a non-fading marker should be used.
8.3 Transportation
Pineapple seedlings should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation and transported in covered vehicles. When transported to the destination, they should be immediately covered and placed in a shade shed or cool place for planting as soon as possible.
