6 Test method
6.1 Appearance and matching performance inspection
Use manual and daily measurement methods. Visual inspection environment conditions: should be carried out in natural light or 0.6m away from 40W fluorescent lamp: 6.2 Dimension inspection
Measure with general or special measuring tools (instruments), and the minimum reading value of the measuring tool (instrument) shall not exceed 0.02mm. 6.3 Full capacity test
Use clean water as the test liquid, fill it into the sample bottle until it is level with the mouth, then pour the water in the bottle into the measuring cup and the reading is the full capacity of the sample bottle (or the capacity value can be obtained by weighing and then converting it into volume). 6.4 Test of adhesion of external coating film
Place the special marking gauge at the measuring position, and use the marking knife (paper cutter) to mark the marking gauge 11 times horizontally and 11 times vertically, with a spacing of 1mm. Then stick the adhesive tape (3M610 adhesive tape with a width of 25.4mm) on the concave line, press and rub it with your fingers until it sticks tightly, then tear off the adhesive tape quickly and forcefully to observe the condition of the coating.
6.5 Internal coating integrity test (suitable for coating bottle) Make the minimum reading value not greater than 0.1mA Internal coating integrity tester, connect the bottle body to the positive electrode, add 1% sodium chloride paint solution into the bottle, the liquid level is 20mm away from the bottle mouth, insert a stainless steel rod to connect the negative electrode, ensure that the liquid level is lower than the thread, and read the internal coating trap current value in the 4th second. 6.6 Test of oxide layer thickness (applicable to oxidation): First weigh the sample bottle, then add phosphoric acid-chromic acid solution (dissolve 20g chromium trioxide and 35mL phosphoric acid in water, then dilute to 1000mL) to the sample bottle, keep it in a (97±3)℃ water bath for 20min, take it out, pour out the phosphoric acid-chromic acid solution, then rinse the sample bottle with cold distilled water, place it in a 105% drying oven until dry, cool it and weigh it, calculate the average chloride film thickness of the sample bottle according to formula (1):
Note: The test solution is prepared with analytical pure reagents and distilled water. Formula (1) for calculating oxide film thickness:
Where:
d = (m, -m) ×10s
d-average thickness of oxide film, in micrometers (um); mo-mass of sample before oxide film dissolution, in grams (g); m-mass of sample after oxide film dissolution, in grams (g); A-surface area of oxide film to be tested, in square millimeters (rnm); p-density of oxide film, taken as 2.6 (g/cn) (based on the oxide film after sealing). 6.7 Heat resistance test
After adjusting the electric constant temperature water bath to (95±5)℃, immerse the sample bottle in the water bath, take it out after 10 minutes, and observe the condition of the sample bottle. 6.8 Sealing test
Pour 2/3 of the nominal capacity of the sample bottle into clean water at room temperature, tighten the bottle cap, close the water spout, and move the bottle downward for 10 times. Then, turn the drinking bottle upside down for 1 hour and observe whether there is any water leakage in the sample bottle; then open the water spout, turn the bottle mouth downward, and check whether the water outlet function of the spout is normal.

Chapter 5 of this standard is the type test items. Type tests should be conducted in the following situations: new products or old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; when the structure, material, process changes may affect the product performance; once every six months in normal production; when production is resumed after more than six months of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the previous type test; when the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes to avoid type testing. The type test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829, using a one-time sampling plan with a discrimination level of 1. The inspection items, unqualified quality levels, sample size, and discrimination array are shown in Table 4. Table 4 Type test

htti4 Test of adhesion of external coating film
Place the special marking gauge at the measuring position, and use the marking knife (paper cutter) to mark the gauge 11 times horizontally and 11 times vertically, with a spacing of 1mm. Then stick the adhesive tape (3M610 adhesive tape with a width of 25.4mm) to the concave marking line, press and rub it with your fingers, and then tear off the adhesive tape quickly and observe the coating condition
6.5 Test of the integrity of the internal coating film (suitable for coating bottles) Make the minimum reading value not greater than 0.1mA. Connect the bottle to the positive electrode, add 1% sodium chloride paint liquid to the bottle, and the liquid level is 20mm from the bottle mouth. Insert a stainless steel rod to connect to the negative electrode, ensure that the liquid level is lower than the thread, and read the internal coating film sink current value in the 4th second.
Where:
d = (m, -m) ×10s
d-average thickness of oxide film, in micrometers (um); mo-mass of sample before oxide film dissolution, in grams (g); m-mass of sample after oxide film dissolution, in grams (g); A-surface area of oxide film to be tested, in square millimeters (rnm); p-density of oxide film, taken as 2.6 (g/cn) (based on the oxide film after sealing).
