3.2 The beer filter plate is a flat paper with the following dimensions: 1000mm×2020mm, 600mm×1220mm, 400mm×820mm, 200mmX420mm.
Or according to user requirements, other specifications can be produced, the size deviation should not exceed mm, and the deviation should not exceed 5mm. 3.3 The surface of the filter plate should be flat, the thickness should be uniform, and there should be no holes, damage, sand and other paper defects. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 The manufacturer should ensure that the quality of the paperboard produced meets the requirements of this standard. The paperboard produced continuously with inferior ingredients is considered as a batch, and each piece should be affixed with a certificate of conformity when delivered.
4.2 The delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The sampling and handling of samples before testing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10736. The sample unit is sheet, and the normal secondary sampling plan is adopted, the inspection level is S-2, and the sampling plan and the acceptable quality level (AQL) of the delivery inspection are carried out in accordance with Table 2.

4.3 The purchaser has the right to inspect and accept according to this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of the product, it should notify the supplier within three months after arrival for joint re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it will be judged as nonconforming and the supplier will be responsible for handling it. 4.4 If the storage and transportation do not meet the requirements of this standard, resulting in quality not meeting the requirements of this standard, the relevant parties shall be responsible. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The marking and packaging of the products shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342. 5.2 The number of filter plates per piece is 15 to 50, which varies according to the size of the paperboard or is negotiated by the supply and demand parties. 5.3 Paperboards of different thicknesses shall be packaged separately. 5.4 A certificate of conformity shall be firmly attached to the wrapping of each filter plate. The certificate of conformity shall include the following contents: manufacturer name, product name, number of sheets, batch number, production date, inspector code.
5.5 When transporting the product, a canopied and clean transport vehicle shall be used. 5.6 During the transportation of the product, it is not allowed to drop paper from a high place. 5.7 The product shall be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, acid, alkali, oil, etc. 410
