National Standard of the People's Republic of China Inspection of grain and oilseedsMethods for determination of broken rice Inspection of grain and oilseedsMethods for determination of broken riceThis standard applies to the inspection of broken rice content in commercial rice. 1 Inspection of broken rice content in rice 1.1 Screening method 1.1.1 Apparatus and utensils 1.1.1.1 Grain screening; 1.1.1.2 Balance: sensitivity 0.01g; 1.1.1.3 Surface blood, analysis plate, tweezers, etc. 1.1.2 Operation method GB/T5503-85 Weigh 50g of the sample (W) from the sample that has been inspected for impurities, put it into a 2.0mm diameter round hole sieve, connect a 1.0mm diameter round hole sieve and sieve bottom, cover the sieve cover, and sieve according to regulations. Then weigh the broken rice (wipe out the whole rice) left on the 1.0mm diameter round hole sieve (W1), which is the weight of small broken rice. For the sample left on the 2.0mm diameter round hole sieve, remove the large broken rice according to regulations and weigh it (W2). 1.1.3 Calculation of results The content of small broken rice, large broken rice and the total amount of broken rice are calculated according to formula (1), (2) and (3) respectively: Wi Total amount of broken rice (%)=A+B.. Wherein: W1——weight of small broken rice, g; W2——weight of large broken rice, g; A—percentage of small broken rice, %; B—percentage of large broken rice, %; Weight of sample, g. ..(3) The allowable difference between the two test results of small broken rice and large broken rice content shall not exceed 0.5%. The average is the test result. The test result is rounded to the first decimal place. The calculation result of the total amount of broken rice is rounded to the first decimal place. 1.2 Broken rice separator method (applicable to large broken rice test) 1.2.1 Instruments and utensils 1.2.1.1 Electric broken rice separator; 1.2.1.2 Other instruments are the same as 1.1.1. 1.2.2 Operation method Pour the rice grains remaining on the 2.0mm round hole sieve after testing the small broken rice into the broken rice separator for separation for 2 minutes, pour the whole rice and broken rice separated preliminarily into the analysis plate respectively, wipe out the large broken rice grains in the whole rice and put them into the broken rice, then wipe out the rice grains larger than 2/3 (including 2/3) of the whole rice in the broken rice, and then weigh the broken rice. 1.2.3 Calculation of results The calculation method is the same as 1.1.3. Testing the content of broken rice in sorghum, millet, sorghum and millet 2 2.1 Instruments and utensils The same as 1.1. Operation method Take 50g (W) of the sample that has been tested for impurities, screen it according to the specified broken rice sieve layer, and weigh the broken rice (W1). 2.3 Result calculationbZxz.net The broken rice content is calculated according to formula (4): Broken rice (%)= Where: W1—Broken rice weight, g; w—Sample weight, g. -×100 The allowable difference between the two test results shall not exceed 0.5%. The average is the test result, and the test result is rounded to the first decimal place. Additional remarks: This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
