5 Inspection rules
GB 9103-88
5.1 The same type of stearic acid products is a batch of one delivery. 5.2 Products must be shipped with a certificate of conformity issued by the inspection department of the manufacturer. 5.3 If a quality dispute occurs between the buyer and the seller, they can hire a product quality supervision and inspection agency for arbitration within two months. 5.4 Sampling
5.4.1 Randomly select samples at the delivery location, the specific quantity is as follows: Number of delivered pieces
30 pieces or less
31~50 pieces
Sampling unit
Number of delivered pieces
51~~100 pieces
100 pieces or more
300~750g of sample is taken from any part of each sampling unit, the total amount is about 2kg, as the final sample. Sampling unit
5.4.2 After the sample is crushed and fully mixed, it is divided into three equal parts and stored in a clean and dry sealed container and sealed. The production unit and the purchasing unit each hold one copy, and the other copy is properly stored for arbitration inspection. The shelf life is two months. 5.4.3 The product name, brand, model, manufacturer name, batch number, sampling date and sampler must be marked on the outside of the sample bottle. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The product can be packaged in cartons (lined with a layer of clean kraft paper) and polypropylene woven bags (lined with plastic bags). The cartons must be tied tightly with packing tape, and the woven bags and lined plastic bags must be sewn. 6.2 The net weight of each box (bag) is 25kg or 50kg. 6.3 The following markings should be on the packaging box (bag): manufacturer name, product name, registered trademark, model, net weight, batch number and packaging date. 6.4 The product must be covered during transportation to avoid sun, rain and heat. It should be handled with care. 6.5 The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, more than 10cm above the ground, to avoid moisture. 6.6 Under the above storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of the product is one year from the date of delivery. Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China and is under the jurisdiction of the Daily Chemical Industry Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. The responsible drafting units for this standard are: Daily Chemical Industry Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry and Shanghai Synthetic Detergent Factory. The participating drafting units are Shanghai Yan'an Oil Factory, Shenyang Oil Chemical Factory and Wuhan Oil Chemical Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Peiwei and Shen Laiyi. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB523-66 "Stearic Acid" will be abolished. 379
