Competition Limit deviation Wire rope Ordinary exercise Basic size Limit deviation Ordinary exercise typeWww.bzxZ.net Cow leather or other materials Ash or other materials 2.2 The competition type of the belt and ring bears a static load of 4000N, and the ordinary exercise type bears a static load of 3000N. After the external force is removed, there is no deformation or damage. 2.3 Joint device tensioners, expansion cables, and zippers. Competition type is subjected to a static load of 8000N, and ordinary practice type is subjected to a static load of 6000N. They shall not be unfastened, unsoldered, or broken. The tensioners shall be flexible to use, and there shall be no residual deformation after the load is removed. 2.4 The corrosion resistance of the electroplating layer shall be no less than level 7 for competition type and no less than level 5 for ordinary practice type. 3 Test method 3.1 Specifications and dimensions shall be measured with a vernier caliper, steel tape measure, or special ruler with the same indication error. 3.2 Static load test of rings and belts. Hang the lifting ring and use a device with a width of 100mm to apply the load to the lifting ring according to the requirements of Article 2.2 (see Figure 2). After the external force is removed, it should not be damaged by visual inspection. 3.3 Tension test of joint devices, expansion cables, and zippers. Static load test shall be carried out on the tension testing machine according to the provisions of Article 2.3, and the indicators specified in the standard shall be met. GB8395—87 3.4 The corrosion resistance of the electroplating layer shall be tested for 24 hours in accordance with the provisions of GB5938 "Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS) Method for Corrosion Resistance of Metal Coatings and Chemically Treated Coatings of Light Industrial Products", and rated in accordance with GB5944 "Evaluation of Corrosion Test Results of Metal Coatings of Light Industrial Products". 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The inspection of batch products is divided into batch inspection and periodic inspection. 4.2 Batch inspection 4.2.1 Batch inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the one-time sampling plan of general inspection level I in GB2828 "Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)". 4.2.2 The items and clauses of batch inspection, test method clauses and their AQL values shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Basic size parameters 4.3 Periodic inspection Clause of this standard Test method clause Competition type Ordinary practice type 4.3.1 Samples for periodic inspection must be randomly selected from samples that have passed the batch inspection and all the samples must be inspected according to the batch inspection items. If unqualified products are found, they should be replaced with qualified products. 4.3.2 Periodic inspection shall be carried out once every six months, and shall also be carried out when the design, key process, main raw materials are changed or production is resumed after suspension for more than three months. 4.3.3 Periodic inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the one-time sampling plan of discrimination level I and judgment array (12) in GB2829 "Periodic inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of production process stability)". 4.3.4 The items and clauses of periodic inspection, test method clauses and their RQL values shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.
