Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 5181-1991 Agricultural wheel tractor half shaft and drive shaft Bench fatigue life test method Published on May 18, 1991 Implementation by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 1, 1992 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Agricultural wheel tractor half shaft and drive shaft Bench fatigue life test method Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the bench fatigue life test method for agricultural wheel tractor half shaft and drive shaft. This standard applies to agricultural wheel tractor half shaft and drive shaft. 2 Test purpose The fatigue life of the half shaft and the drive shaft should be verified in the following cases: a. New design or improved design; b, change of material or process; c. Increase of load capacity or life; d, early damage found in use; e. Production sampling; f. Resuming production after transfer or long-term suspension. 3 Number of test pieces The test pieces should be randomly selected from the qualified products of the manufacturer, and the number of test samples should not be less than 5. 4 Test specification 4.1 Test load The test adopts pulsating cyclic loading, and the relationship between load and time is shown in the figure below: M M. - Load mean; The test load is determined by the following formula: Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 M. 1. Load amplitude; unit: Nm M.—Minimum load value JB/T5181-1991 Implementation on 1992-01-01 JB/T5181-1991 M.=1.2M. .. M.in =MM Define M as the nominal torque of the half shaft or drive shaft, which is calculated according to formula (4): W.dr+aMw Wherein: W Drive axle load, N; Ground adhesion coefficient, taken as =0.65; Drive wheel power radius, m; Transmission ratio from half shaft to drive shaft, (for drive shaft, =1);Conversion factor of torque to torque, taken as =1.15Mw—Design bending moment of the half shaft or drive shaft. 4.2Test frequencyWww.bzxZ.net The test frequency should be above 4Hz, and the test frequency shall not be changed during the test of the same specimen. 4.3 Specimen life The end of the life of each specimen shall be marked by the complete breakage of the specimen or the obvious reduction of the load-bearing capacity so that the testing machine cannot work normally. 5 Implementation of the test 5.1 Test device A vibration or crank-connecting rod torsion fatigue testing machine can be used. The test load error should not be greater than 1%, and the load should remain stable during the entire test. 5.2 Specimen installation The clamping position of the specimen on the testing machine should ensure that the stress state and dangerous load surface of the specimen are consistent with those in use. 5.3 Test loading Slowly increase the load from zero to the specified value, and the loading time should be between 30 and 60 seconds. 5.4 Test record The number of cycles should be recorded at the same time when the load reaches the specified value. Observe and record the operation of the specimen every 5×10°. The number of cycles recorded at the end of the life of each specimen is the life of the specimen. Record the type and location of the final failure of each specimen. 5.4.5 When the specimen reaches 10° life without damage, it should be recorded as undamaged, and the specimen should be updated to continue the test. See Appendix A (reference) for the test record table. 6 Specimen evaluation 6.1 Data processing 6.1.1 The life of each specimen is less than 106 times According to principle 3, the specimen life is fitted with a logarithmic normal distribution to obtain the specimen life Ngo when the survival rate is 90% (corresponding to a failure rate of 10%). Where: X is the mean of the logarithmic fatigue life of the specimen; S is the mean square error of the logarithmic fatigue life of the specimen. 2 The life of some specimens reaches 106 JB/T5181-1991 Ngo =10 (X-1.2825) The specimens that reach 10° life are counted as 10° times, and the specimens that are less than 10° life are counted as the actual number of times, and the data are processed according to Article 6.1.1. 6.1.3 All specimens whose life reaches 10° times N are considered as infinite life. 6.2 Fatigue life evaluation Ngo Each 1×10° times is equivalent to 240h of field use.
