1 Scope

This standard specifies the scope of origin protection, terms and definitions, classification and physical standard samples, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and packaging, transportation and storage of Dongting (Mountain) Biluo Tea. 3 Scope of geographical origin protection
The scope of geographical origin protection of Dongting (mountain) Biluochun tea is limited to the scope approved by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Origin Products", see Appendix A. 4 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 4.1
Dongting (mountain) Biluochun teaDongting (mountain) Biluochun teaWithin the scope specified in Chapter 3, the young buds and leaves of tea trees picked from traditional tea varieties or selected suitable improved varieties for breeding and cultivation are processed through a unique process, and have the main quality characteristics of "slender and fine, curled like a spiral, tender and lasting fragrance, fresh taste, and sweet aftertaste" as green tea.

5 Grading and physical standard samples
5.1 Grading
Dongting (mountain) Biluochun tea is divided into special grade one, special grade two, grade one, grade two and grade three according to product quality. 5.2 Physical standard samples
Each level has a physical standard sample, which is the lowest quality limit of that level and is changed every three years. 6 Requirements
6.1 Natural environment
6.1.1 Landform
Dongting East Mountain is a peninsula, and West Mountain is a lake island surrounded by water. Most of the mountain is composed of Wutong quartz sandstone and purple mica sandstone and a small part of Mesozoic limestone. After long-term erosion, the mountain hall has a rounded appearance, and the surrounding ground has dropped to a lake bay, and then the slope deposits and lake deposits have filled it to form a valley, commonly known as a mountain valley. Tea trees are mainly distributed in the mountain valley. 6. 1.2 Climate
The temperature of Dongting Mountain is affected by Taihu Lake and complex terrain, and has significant characteristics, warm and humid. The annual average temperature is 16℃, the average sunshine is 2190h, and the frost-free period is 242 days. The annual average precipitation is 1100mm, the relative humidity is 79%, and there are many clouds and fogs. 6.1.3 Soil
The soil of Dongting Mountain is developed from the weathering residues of hill rocks. It is a zonal natural yellow-brown soil. The pheasants and open plains between the mountains are cultivated yellow-brown soil. The soil has high organic matter and phosphorus content, and the pH value is 4-6. 6.1.4 Vegetation
Dongting Mountain has rich plant species and dense growth. There are more than ten kinds of fruit trees, including pine, fir, white label, holly, oak, and artificial silver tea, loquat, bayberry, chestnut, citrus, peach, plum, pomegranate, etc. Tea trees are cultivated among fruit trees and trees. The forest coverage rate of Dongting Mountain is over 80%. 6.2 Tea Garden Management
6.2.1 Tea-fruit intercropping
Tea-fruit intercropping is the most distinctive cultivation technology of Biluochun tea. Tea-fruit intercropping is mainly based on tea. Fruit trees are planted in mature tea gardens. Generally, deciduous fruit trees cannot exceed 35%, and evergreen fruit trees should have a coverage rate of 25%. 6.2.2 Fruit trees suitable for intercropping with tea trees
The main fruit trees suitable for intercropping with tea trees are: Banchao, loquat, plum, bayberry and other species. 6.3 Fresh leaf raw materials
6.3.1 Time to pick fresh leaves
Tea picked from the spring equinox to the Grain Rain or after the Grain Rain cannot be called Dongting (L) Biluochun tea. 6.3.2 Standards for picking fresh leaves

6.4 Process flow
Fresh leaves: high temperature killing paste → hot kneading to form a ball, rubbing to show hairs, and slow fire drying. 6.5 Sensory indicators
6.5.1 It has the normal commercial appearance and the color, aroma and taste that the tea should have. It shall not contain non-tea inclusions, no coloring, no addition of any aromatic substances, odor, and no mildew.

8.1 Inspection batch
The independent quantity of products formed during the production and processing and blending process is a batch (mark), and the quality specifications and packaging of the same batch (mark) of products shall be consistent.
8.2 Factory inspection
8.2.1 The factory inspection items are sensory indicators, moisture and net content deviation. 8.2.2 Products shall be inspected by the factory quality inspection department and issued with a product quality certificate before they can leave the factory. 8.3 Type inspection
8.3.1 The items of type inspection are all the items specified in this standard. The inspection cycle is once a year. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations:
a) When the processing technology is changed, which may affect the product quality; b) When the production is resumed after one year of suspension; c) When the national statutory quality supervision agency puts forward the type inspection requirements. 8.3.2 Judgment rules
8.3.2.1 Any product that is deteriorated, contaminated, has a strange smell and fails to meet the hygiene index in the inspection results shall be judged as unqualified. 8.3.2.2 If one of the net content and physical and chemical indexes fails to meet the requirements, double random sampling can be carried out from the same batch of products. If it fails to meet the requirements after re-inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. If the sensory index fails to meet the requirements after comprehensive evaluation, double random sampling can be carried out from the same batch of products. If it still fails to meet the requirements after re-inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. In case of dispute over the inspection results, the retained samples shall be re-inspected, or double random sampling shall be conducted in the same batch of products, and the disputed items shall be re-inspected, and the cumulative results of the re-inspection shall prevail. 9 Marks and labels
9.1 Approved enterprises may use the special mark of origin protection and the name of the production area on the outer packaging of their products, and shall comply with the provisions of GB17924. Marks and labels shall comply with the provisions of GB7718. 9.2 For products that do not meet this standard, the product name shall not contain the name of Dongting (Mountain) Biluochun Tea (including continuous or disconnected). 9.3 When the distributor performs subpackaging and small packaging, the subpackaging or packaging date shall be indicated. 9.4 The graphic mark of the transport packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB/T191. 10 Packaging, transportation, storage
10.1 Packaging
The packaging material shall be dry, clean, odorless, and shall not affect the quality of the tea. The packaging shall be firm, moisture-proof, neat, and can protect the quality of the tea, and facilitate loading and unloading, warehousing and transportation. The packaging materials in contact with tea leaves shall comply with the provisions of SB/T10035. 10.2 Transportation
During transportation, the tea leaves shall be placed in a clean, odorless, pollution-free special packaging box, and shall be handled with care, rainproof and moistureproof, and avoid impact and heavy pressure. 10.3 Storage
The product shall be stored in a clean, dry, cool, odorless special warehouse, and there shall be no odor around the warehouse. 10.4 Shelf Life
