This standard is proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Installations in Buildings. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: China Architecture Northeast Design Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Li Xinglin and Ye Ping. China Architecture Northeast Design Institute is entrusted with the responsibility for the interpretation of this standard. Part 7: Requirements for special installations or locations Part GB16895.14—2002 IEC ForewordWww.bzxZ.net 1) IEC formal resolutions or agreements on technical issues are formulated by technical committees composed of national committees that are particularly concerned with these issues, and express international consensus on the issues involved as much as possible. 2) These resolutions or agreements are used internationally in the form of standards and are accepted by various national committees in this sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, IEC hopes that all national committees will adopt IEC standards in their respective national regulations under the conditions permitted by their domestic conditions. If there are any inconsistencies between IEC standards and corresponding national regulations, they should be clearly pointed out in the national regulations. IEC Foreword This standard was proposed by IEC Technical Committee 64: Electrical Installations in Buildings. The text of this standard is based on the following documents: Six-month method 61(CO)131 Voting report 64(CO)142 In the voting report mentioned above, all information on the voting of this standard can be found. This standard refers to the following IEC publications: Publication 60335-2(1984), Safety of household and similar electrical appliances Part 2: Particular requirements for saunas and their auxiliary equipment. Instructions for adoption: 1] IEC 60335-2 53 has two versions, 198B and 1997. my country's national standard GB 4706.31-1995 Safety of household and similar electrical appliances Part 2: Particular requirements for sauna heating appliances\equivalent to its 1988 version. The numbers added after the specific section numbers in Part 7 correspond to the chapter, section or article numbers in IEC 60364. Where the chapter, section or article numbers of IEC 60364 are not listed, it means that the general requirements of these articles are applicable in this part. 703 Places with sauna heaters 703.1 Scope of application The specific requirements of this section apply to places where sauna heaters are installed or reserved for installation, and sauna heaters should comply with the provisions of GB4706.31. 703.4 Safety protection 703.41 Protection against electric shock 703.411.1.3.71 Where safety extra-low voltage is used, regardless of its nominal voltage, the following measures should be used to achieve direct contact protection: A minimum protection level of IP2× is a barrier or outer shield; or an insulation that can withstand 500 V for 1 min. 703.471 Application of electric shock protection measures 703.471.1 The use of barriers (6.3 in GB14821.1)\1 and direct contact protection measures placed outside the reach of the arm (6.4 in GB14821.1) are not allowed. Instructions for adoption: 1]411.1.3.7IEC60364-4-41:19B24 Electrical installations of buildings Part 4: Safety protection Chapter 41 Protection against electric shock The number of this article in the second edition has been changed to 411.1.1 in the third edition of the standard. In the Chinese national standard GB14821.1-1993 Electrical installations in buildings Protection against electric shock\, which is equivalent to the third edition of the standard, the number of this article is 5.1.4.32] "Safety extra low voltage\-the term has been changed to \Extra low voltage (ELV): SELV and PF1,V\ in GB14821.1-1993. Due to the changes in the name and connotation of the term, this standard still uses \safety extra low voltage". 3] In JEC60361-7-703:1984, the number of this clause is 412.3. 4] In JEC60361-7-703:1984, the number of this clause is 412.4. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on 2002-D2-28, implemented on 2003-03-01 GB16895.14—2002 703.471.2 Indirect contact protection measures such as non-conductive places (7.3 in GB14821.1)1) and ungrounded equipotential bonding (7.4 in GB14821.1)\ are not allowed. 703.5 Selection and installation of electrical equipment 703.51 703.512.2 The equipment should have a minimum protection level of IP24. The division of the four zones is shown in Figure 703A: Zone 1, only equipment attached to the sauna heater should be installed; Zone 2, special requirements for the heat resistance of electrical equipment; Zone 3, the equipment should be able to withstand a minimum temperature of 125°C, and the insulation of the wires should be able to withstand a temperature of 170°C; Zone 4, only the control electrical appliances (thermostats and thermostatic switches) of the sauna heater and the circuits of these appliances are allowed to be installed. The heat resistance should meet the requirements of Zone 3. 703.52 Wiring system The insulation of the wiring system should comply with the provisions of 7.2\ in GB14821.1, without any metal sheath or metal conduit. 703-53 Switchgear Switchgear not installed in the sauna heater should be installed outside the wall of the place. Sockets cannot be installed. A temperature limiter should be installed, which should be able to disconnect the power supply of the sauna heater when the temperature measured in zone 4 (see Figure 703A) exceeds 140°C. The corresponding chapters in the general requirements are "adopted in the examination, 1] In IEC60364-7-703:1984, the number of this article is 413.3. 2] In IECG0364-7-703:1981, the number of this article is 413.4. 3 In IECG0364-7-703:1981, the number of this article is 413.24] IEC60364-5-52:1993 Electrical installations of buildings Part 5: Selection and installation of electrical equipment Chapter 52: Wiring system\ Has been published and adopted as the Chinese national standard GB16895.6-2000 Electrical installations in buildings Part 5: Selection and installation of electrical equipment Chapter 52, Wiring system", IEC60364-5-53:1994 & Electrical installations in buildings Part 5: Selection and installation of electrical equipment Chapter 53: Switchgear and controlgear" has been published and adopted as the Chinese national standard GB16895.4-1997 Electrical installations in buildings Part 5, Selection and installation of electrical equipment Chapter 53: Switchgear and controlgear".
