Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
HG/T2044-91
Technical Conditions for Sprayed Chromium Oxide Seal Rings for Mechanical Seals
Published on July 6, 1991, implemented on January 1, 1992 by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China
Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Technical Conditions for Sprayed Chromium Oxide Seal Rings for Mechanical Seals
Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T2044-91
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for plasma sprayed chromium oxide seal rings for mechanical seals. This standard applies to the production and acceptance of plasma sprayed chromium oxide sealing rings for mechanical seals. 2 Reference standards
GB1184 Provisions for shape and position tolerances without tolerances GB1958 Provisions for shape and position tolerance inspection GB2828 Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) GB2997 Test method for apparent porosity, water absorption, bulk density and true porosity of dense shaped refractory products GB4342 Test method for metal micro-Vickers hardness 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Coating
3.1.1 Appearance: The coating should be free of defects such as cracks and peeling. 3.1.2 Hardness: The average value of the micro-Vickers hardness of the coating should be no less than 900HV, apparent porosity: The apparent porosity of the coating should be no more than 6%, and the maximum pore size should be no more than 0.2mm, 3.1.3
3.1.4 Thickness: After processing, the coating thickness should be no less than 0.2mm3.2 Sealing ring
The maximum allowable value of the flatness of the sealing end face is 0.9um. The maximum allowable value of the roughness Ra of the sealing surface is 0.2um. The parallelism of the end face of the sealing end face in contact with the auxiliary sealing ring should comply with the 7-level tolerance regulations in GB1184, 3.2.4
The verticality of the outer circle or inner hole of the sealing end face in contact with the auxiliary sealing ring should comply with the 7-level tolerance regulations in GB1184, 4 Test method
4.1 Appearance: Observe the coating surface with a 10x magnifying glass. 4.2 Hardness: Determined according to GB4342,
4.3 Apparent porosity: Determined according to GB2997, weighed to an accuracy of 0.0001g, the total side length of the sample is 30~70mm, and the thickness is 0.3~0.8mm.
4.4 Pore size: measured with a metallographic microscope, 4.5 Thickness: measured with a dial indicator or thickness gauge, accurate to 0.1mm. 4.6 The maximum allowable value of the flatness of the sealing ring end face is 0.9μm. 4.7 Parallelism: parallelism error shall be tested according to table (7) of GB1958. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People’s Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
HG/T2044-91
4.8 Verticality: verticality error shall be tested according to table (8) of GB1958 5 Inspection rules
Sealing rings of the same specification sprayed from the same batch of raw materials by the same continuous process shall be considered as a batch, and the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 500 pieces. 5.2 Inspection classification
5.2.1 Type inspection: When the equipment, raw materials or process are changed, sampling inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements of 3.1 and 3.2. 5.2.2 Factory inspection: Sprayed chromium oxide sealing rings shall be inspected piece by piece according to the requirements of 3.1.1 and 3.2, and sampling inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements of 3.1.2 and 3.1.3.
5.3 Sampling plan
Each batch of products shall be subject to the general inspection level II regulations in GB2828, and the AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.4 In each batch of products, a specified number of samples shall be randomly selected according to the sampling plan, or the samples sprayed at the beginning, middle and end of each batch shall be used to replace the sampling samples according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 5.5 Judgment rules
Products that do not meet any technical requirements in the inspection items are allowed to be double sampled and re-inspected once. If the re-inspection is up to standard, the batch of products will be delivered as qualified products, otherwise they will be unqualified products. All inspection results should be included in the inspection report. 6 Packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The products should be accompanied by packing lists, product certificates and quality certificates. 6.2 The packaging should be able to prevent damage to the products and loss of parts during transportation and storage. 6.3 The manufacturer shall provide product installation and use instructions according to user requirements.
