When looking at the paper discharge end, the one with the transmission part on the left is the left-hand machine, and vice versa is the right-hand machine. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Basic requirements Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on November 10, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993 QB/T 1628 -- 1992 4.1.1 The board machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and relevant technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The manufacture of the board machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. 4.1.3 The installation and acceptance of the board machine shall comply with the provisions of QBJ1. 4.2 Performance requirements 4.2.1 At the highest working speed, the board machine shall run normally without load. 4.2.2 According to the raw material ratio and papermaking quantity specified in the design, under the conditions of normal papermaking process and rated output of representative products, the quality of the board produced shall meet the corresponding board quality specified in the national standard. 4.2.3 The steady speed accuracy of the board machine should not be less than 0.3% when using a DC motor, and should not be less than 0.5% for a non-DC motor. 4.3 Quality requirements for the main components of the board machine 4.3.1 The round mesh cage should comply with the provisions of QB/T1422.4. 4.3.2 The headbox should comply with the provisions of QB/T1422.1. 4.3.3 The vacuum should comply with the provisions of QB/T1422.2. 4.3.4 The cast iron roller should comply with the provisions of QB/T1422.3. 4.3.5 The steel tube roller should comply with the provisions of QB/T1422.5. 4.3.6 The natural granite pressing roller should comply with the provisions of ZBY91010. 4.3.7 The cast iron drying cylinder should comply with the provisions of ZBY91003. 4.4 Assembly quality requirements 4.4.1 The total installation of each board machine is carried out at the user's factory. Before the board machine leaves the factory, it should be pre-assembled in sections or parts on the base plate that meets the installation requirements. 4.4.2 Assembly requirements for the long wire section The installation level of the breast roll and vacuum couch roll is 0.05/1000; the breast roll must be raised and lowered smoothly and flexibly, and the two sides must move synchronously; the surfaces of the breast roll, table roll, dewatering plate, water suction box, etc. must be on the same horizontal plane. Assembly requirements for the cylinder section The installation level of the pre-pressing lower roll is 0.06/1000. The upper couch roll and pre-pressing upper roll must be raised and lowered smoothly and flexibly, and the two sides must move synchronously. 4.4.4 Assembly requirements for the press section The installation level of each press lower roll is 0.06/1000; the installation level of the felt guide roll is 0.15/1000; the action of the pressure mechanism should be smooth, flexible and accurate. Assembly requirements for drying section The installation level of the drying cylinder surface is 0.10/1000; the installation level of the guide roller surface is 0.2/1000; c. The meshing side clearance of the drying cylinder gear set should be checked; the joint surfaces of the drying cylinder gear box should be tight and leak-proof; d. The drying section frame, transmission gear box and walkway should be pre-installed, and a set of drying cylinders should be installed (pre-installed shafts are allowed to be used instead). The first unit of each batch of production shall be assembled according to the provisions of this standard, and the remaining units are allowed to only pre-install the frame transmission gear box and walkway separately. 4.4.6 The adjustment mechanism of the corrector and tensioner should be flexible and accurate through manual, pneumatic or electric adjustment. 4.5 Appearance quality requirements 4.5.1 The appearance surface should be flat and smooth, and the outer edges of the joints of adjacent parts should not have obvious offsets. Pipes, walkways and railings should be smooth and neat. 4.5.2 Exposed accessories and matching parts should be coordinated, harmonious and beautiful with the paperboard machine, and the protective cover should not have convexities or concavities. 4.5.3 The requirements for the outer surface painting of the paperboard machine should be in accordance with QB/T1588.4 if the user has no special requirements. 4.6 Safety and health requirements QB/T 1628 --- 1992 4.6.1 When the paperboard machine is running, the speed is below 200m/min, and the noise shall not exceed 90dB (A). The speed is above 200m/min, and the noise shall not exceed 92dB (A) (noise factors caused by the outside of the paper machine are allowed to be excluded). 4.6.2 Safety protection devices should be installed on the parts of the paperboard machine that may cause damage to people or equipment. 5 Test methods The quality of paper shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451~453, GB/T455, and GB/T460~463. 5.1 The steady speed accuracy test of the board machine is a method of measuring each transmission point within 15 minutes. 5.3 The trial operation is carried out in accordance with the QBJ1 pulp and paper professional equipment installation project construction and acceptance technical specifications. 5.4 The noise measurement method adopts 3 points (wire part, press part, dry part) located 1m outside the base plate on the operating side and 1.5m above the ground for measurement, and the maximum value is taken 5.5 The installation level is measured with a level. 5.6 No-load operation is based on visual inspection. 5.7 Action test is based on visual inspection. 5.8 The gear meshing side clearance is checked with a feeler gauge. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Each board machine shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and documents proving the product's qualification shall be attached when it leaves the factory. 6.2 The inspection of the board machine is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection Main component quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.3; a. Assembly quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.4; c. Appearance quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.5. 6.2.2 Type inspection Boardboard machine is in the trial production of new products or the trial production of old products; or there are major improvements after production, which may affect product performance; or the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; or the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection and the national quality supervision agency proposes; Type inspection is carried out at the user's factory, and the inspection items are as follows: Product performance inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.2; a. Noise inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.6.1; Check that all mechanisms, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and other systems of the boardboard machine are working properly; The reliability test of the whole machine should be carried out on the boardboard machine for 48 hours of continuous trouble-free operation. d. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Install product trademarks and nameplates at appropriate locations on the paperboard machine, with the following contents: a. Manufacturing name; Product name; Product model; Net paper width; Basis; Working speed; Track gauge; Weight; Manufacturing date; Factory number.
