This specification specifies the requirements, quality assurance provisions and delivery preparation for military RF synthetic signal generators (hereinafter referred to as instruments).

3 Requirements
3.1 Qualification

It should meet the design and structure requirements of type II test equipment in SJ20370). Issued by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 17, 1997 and implemented on October 1, 1997
3.3 Dimensions

The detailed specification shall specify the dimensions of the instrument, and the external form of the chassis shall comply with the provisions of SJ20369. 3.4 Weight and mechanical stability
The detailed specification shall give the total weight of the instrument or the weight of the main unit, the plug-in unit, and the auxiliary device. The mechanical stability shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.6.4 of SJ20370. 3.5 Marking
It shall comply with the marking provisions of Type II test equipment in SJ20376. 3.6 Power supply requirements
It shall comply with the provisions of S20371 and meet the power supply requirements of Type II test equipment. The maximum power consumption of the instrument shall be specified in the detailed specification.
3.7 Safety
It shall comply with the safety requirements for Type II test equipment in SJ20373. 3.8 Reliability
shall comply with the provisions of SJ20375. The detailed specifications shall specify the test plan, mean time between failures MTBF (m1) value, α value, B value, Dm value: the reliability test cycle and test stress shall comply with the requirements for type II test equipment in S20375. 3.9 Electromagnetic compatibility
shall comply with the provisions of ST20374. The electromagnetic interference items and requirements of the conforming test equipment shall be specified in the detailed specifications. 3.10 Maintainability
shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.7 of SJI20370. 3.11 Environmental adaptability
shall comply with the provisions of SJI20369 and SI20372. The detailed specifications shall specify the environmental level used and give the corresponding working temperature, storage temperature, humidity, etc., and shall give the items and contents of the environmental requirements according to the provisions of SI20369 and SI20372 based on the use environment and the chassis type adopted. 3.12 Functional Properness
When necessary, the detailed specification shall specify the specific functions of the instrument, such as frequency synthesis, amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, phase modulation, combined modulation, frequency sweep, storage, reverse power protection, interface mode, external reference input, etc. 3.13 Performance Characteristics

4.1 Inspection Responsibility
Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor shall be responsible for completing all inspections specified in this specification. If necessary, the ordering party or the superior appraisal agency has the right to inspect any of the inspection items mentioned. 4.2 Responsibility for Conformity
All products must comply with all requirements specified in Chapters 3 and 5 of this specification. The inspections specified in this specification shall become an integral part of the contractor's overall inspection system or quality program. If the contract includes inspection requirements not specified in this specification, the contractor shall also ensure that the products submitted for acceptance meet the contract requirements. Quality Conformity Sampling It is not allowed to submit products that are known to be defective, nor to require the ordering party to accept defective products. 4.3 Inspection classification and grouping
4.3.1 The inspections specified in this specification are divided into:
a. Identification inspection;
b. Quality consistency inspection.
4.3.2 The inspection grouping of this specification shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.2 of SJ20377. 4.4 Inspection conditions
shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 of SI20372 (or as specified by the detailed specification). 4.5 Identification inspection
shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2 of SJ20377. 4.5.1 Inspection items and sequence
shall be carried out according to the items specified in Table 1, and the sequence shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.1 of SJ20377.
