Performance test requirements
No loss of contents, no permanent deformation of large packaging that endangers transportation safetyNo loss of contents, no permanent deformation of large packaging that endangers transportation safetyNo loss of contents, no permanent deformation of large packaging that endangers transportation safety: If a small amount of contents leaks out of the seal after falling, it shall be judged as qualified as long as there is no further leakage: Large packaging containing Class 1 explosives shall not have any leakage. See Table 2 for large packaging test items.
5.2 Number of samples
5. 2. 1 See Table 2 for the number of samples for different test items. Table 2 Test items and sampling number Test items Part lifting test Part lifting test Item test Test test Sample number Unit: piece SN/T 1936.2--2007 5.2.2 If the test result is not affected, the number of samples can be reduced and multiple tests can be conducted on one sample at the same time. 5.3 Test preparation 5.3.1 For large packages prepared for transportation, including the inner packaging and articles used, tests should be conducted. The liquid in the inner packaging should not be less than 98% of its maximum capacity, and the solid in the inner packaging should not be less than 95% of its maximum capacity. If the inner packaging of the large package is to be used to transport both solids and liquids, the liquid or solid contents should be tested separately. Substances or articles in inner packagings transported in large packagings may be replaced by other substances or articles, but this shall not invalidate the test results. When other inner packagings or articles are used, they shall have the same physical properties (weight, etc.) as the inner packagings or articles being transported. The use of additives, such as special packaging, to achieve the required total weight of the package shall not affect the test results.
5.3.2 For large packagings made of plastic and for packaging with plastic inner packaging (except plastic bags for packaging and articles), the temperature of the test sample and its contents shall be reduced to -18°C or lower during the drop test. If the material concerned has sufficient toughness and tensile strength at low humidity, this pretreatment may be ignored. In this way, the test samples can be exempted from the pretreatment in 5.3.3. The test liquid shall remain in liquid form and a refrigerant may be added if necessary. 5.3.3 Large fiberboard packagings shall be placed in a controlled temperature and relative condensation environment for at least 24 hours. There are three options below. You can choose one of them: The best environment is 23℃ ± 2℃ and the other two options are: humidity 20℃ ± 2℃ and relative humidity 65% ± 2%, or humidity 27℃ ± 12℃ and relative humidity 65% + 2%. Under the premise of no influence on the test results, short-term individual relative humidity fluctuations of ± 5% are allowed.
5.4 Test content
5.4.1 Bottom lifting test
5.4.1.1 Applicable scope: Large packaging with bottom lifting, 5.4.1.2 Sample preparation: The packaging should be loaded to 1.25 times its maximum allowable total load, and the load should be evenly distributed. 5.4.1.3 Test method: The fire package is lifted and lowered twice by the electric device, and the fork bucket is placed at a distance of three quarters of the length of the entry side (except for fixed entry points). The fork bucket should be inserted into the entry direction. 5.4.2 Top lifting test
5.4.2.1 Applicable scope: The large package equipped with a top lifting cover should repeat the test before the possible entry direction. bzxZ.net
should be loaded from each
5.4.2.2 Sample preparation: The large package should be loaded to 100% of its maximum allowable gross weight, and the soft large package should be loaded to 6 times of its maximum allowable gross weight, and the load distribution should be uniform.
5.4. 2.3 Test method: Lift the large package off the ground according to the designed lifting method, and stay on the ground for 5 minutes. 5.4.3 Stacking test
5.4.3.1 Application: Large packages for stacking and storage. 5.4.3.2 Sample preparation: The large package should be tilted to its maximum allowable total weight. 5.4.3.3 Test method: Place the bottom of the large package on a horizontal hard surface, and then apply a uniformly distributed test load for at least 5 minutes. For wooden, fiberboard and plastic packaging, the duration is h. 5.4.3.4 Test load design: The test load applied to the large package is equivalent to 1.8 times the sum of the maximum allowable total weight of the large packages of the same quality stacked on it during transportation.
5.4.4 Drop test
5.4.4.1 Application: Applicable to all large packages. 5.4.4.2 Test specimen preparation
a) According to the design model, large packaging for transporting solids shall be filled to not less than 95% of its capacity, and intermediate bulk containers for transporting liquids shall be filled to not less than 98% of its capacity. The pressure relief device shall be determined to be in an inoperative state, or the pressure relief device shall be removed and its opening blocked.
b) Large packaging shall be loaded in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The intended cargo may be replaced by other substances, but it shall not affect the test results. If the intended cargo is a residual substance, when a substance is used instead, the physical properties of the substitute substance (weight, particle size, etc.) shall be the same as those of the substance to be transported. It is allowed to use external materials such as lead-bonded bags to reach the specified total weight of the package, as long as the placement of the additional materials does not affect the test results. 5.4.4.3 Test method: The large package should be dropped on a hard, inelastic, smooth, flat and horizontal surface, ensuring that the impact point falls on the most vulnerable part of the bottom of the fire package. 5.4.4.4 See Table 3 for the drop height.

5.4.4.5. When testing the drop test of a large package of liquid, if another substance is used instead, the relative density and viscosity of this substance should be similar to those of the material to be transported. Water can also be used for the drop test, and the drop height is as follows: 1) If the relative density of the material to be transported does not exceed 1.2, the drop height is shown in Table 3: 2) If the relative density of the material to be transported is greater than 1.2, the drop height should be calculated according to the relative density β of the material to be transported (the first decimal point). See Table 1.

6.1 The manufacturer shall ensure that the large packaging produced complies with the provisions of this part and the relevant inspection department shall inspect it according to this part. The user has the right to propose acceptance inspection for the received products according to the provisions of this part. 6.2 Inspection items: Inspect item by item according to the requirements of Chapters 1 and 5 of this part. 6.3 Conditions for performance inspection:
Performance inspection shall be carried out for large packaging when one of the following conditions occurs: 1. Performance inspection shall be carried out when a new product is put into production or an old product is converted to another product; 2. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, or processes, When it may affect the product performance. If there are only slight differences between the large package and the northern design type, such as the external dimensions are slightly reduced, etc., selective testing may be allowed for this large package; - During regular production, once every six months: - After a long period of suspension, when production is resumed
When there is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the last performance inspection result: The national quality supervision agency proposes a performance inspection. 6.4 Judgment rules Inspect each item one by one according to the requirements of this section. If one sample of each item is unqualified, the item is judged to be unqualified. If one item is unqualified, the batch of products is assessed to be unqualified. 6.5 Non-qualified batch processing: The large packages in the unqualified batch are removed and submitted for inspection again, and the strictness remains unchanged.
