5.1 Measurement of specifications and dimensions
Superior products
First-class products
Qualified products
Use a vernier caliper that conforms to the provisions of GB1214, measure 3 places roughly equally divided on the width of the adhesive tape, and take the arithmetic mean. 5.1.2 Length and joints
Use a steel ruler that meets the requirements of JJG1 to measure the unwinded tape on a flat surface and check the number of joints. 5.1.3 Thickness
Perform in accordance with the requirements of GB7125.
5.1.4 Inner diameter of the core
Use a vernier caliper to measure at three locations roughly equally spaced on the inner diameter of the core and take the arithmetic mean. 5.2 Appearance
5.2.1 Check the appearance by visual inspection and touch.
5.2.2 Unwind the tape at a speed of about 300mm/s and check whether the substrate is torn and whether there is any debonding or lack of glue. 5.3 180° peel strength test
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB2792,
5.4 Breakdown strength test
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB7752,
5.5 Tensile strength test
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB7753
5.6 Elongation at break measurement

HG/T2407-92
6.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the items specified in this standard, and the certificate of conformity shall be issued before it can be shipped out of the factory. 6.2 Product grade determination
The product can only be determined as a product of that grade when its appearance, size and physical properties meet the requirements of the corresponding grade. 6.3 Random inspection and judgment rules
6.3.1 Batching and random inspection
6.3.1.1 The shift production or the delivery quantity is a batch, and at least 6 boxes are randomly selected from each batch of products. 6.3.1.2 At least 10 rolls are sampled from each box for appearance and dimension inspection. 6.3.1.3 At least 2 rolls are sampled from each box for physical property inspection. 6.3.2 Judgment rules
6.3.2.1 During dimension inspection, if the number of unqualified rolls exceeds 10% of the total number of sample rolls, it is allowed to take double samples from the batch of products for re-inspection of unqualified items. If more than 10% of the sample rolls are still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 6.3.2.2 During appearance inspection, if the number of sample rolls that do not meet the corresponding grade exceeds 10% of the total number of sample rolls, it is allowed to take double samples from the batch of products for re-inspection of unqualified items. If more than 10% of the sample rolls are still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 6.3.2.3 During the physical property test, if any item of one roll does not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, double samples are allowed to be taken for re-test of the item. If there is still one roll that does not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, the batch of products shall be downgraded or unqualified. 6.4 Acceptance and arbitration
The user has the right to accept the product quality according to this standard. When the user has objections to the product quality, the quality supervision agency agreed by both parties shall conduct arbitration according to this standard.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
Each box of adhesive tape should have the following markings:
Name and address of the production unit;
Adhesive tape mark and quality grade;
Registered trademark;
Quantity and weight;
Production date or production batch number;
Anti-pressure, moisture-proof, sun-proof and other markings;
Validity period.
7.2 Packaging
The product packaging adopts corrugated paper boxes, and isolation paper should be placed between the upper and lower layers. The packing list, certificate of conformity, special packaging form and packing requirements are attached inside, according to the provisions of the supply contract.
7.3 Transportation
The product should be handled with care during transportation, prevent squeezing, and must not be mixed with volatile solvents. 7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The product should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of -5 to 40°C and a relative humidity below 80% without volatile solvents. 7.4.2 It is not allowed to be directly stacked on a damp ground, and the bottom box should not be deformed. 7.4.3 The product storage period is 1 year from the date of production. 4
