This standard is based on the requirements of the former China National Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "CNPC Technical Supervision" document No. 33), edited by the Petroleum Engineering and Technology Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation, and co-edited by Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau Oil Construction No. 1 Company, and revised the oil construction project quality inspection and assessment standard oil gathering and transportation pipeline T program, SY4053-93.
This revision is based on SY4053-93, based on the oil gathering and transportation pipeline construction acceptance specification SY710422--97, and in accordance with the assessment method of the oil construction project quality inspection and assessment standard SY4024-93, the standard's guaranteed items, basic items and allowable deviation items have been comprehensively revised. During the revision process, the opinions of relevant units were widely solicited. After repeated discussions and revisions, the Standardization Committee of Petroleum Engineering Construction and Construction, together with relevant departments, reviewed and finalized the draft:
This standard is divided into 7 chapters and 2 appendices, mainly including: general provisions, inspection and processing of pipeline components and pipeline supports, pipeline assembly engineering, pipeline welding and inspection engineering, pipeline installation engineering, trench excavation, pipeline trenching and backfilling engineering, pipeline engineering with medium pressure not exceeding 2.MPa from the port to the metering station, etc. c This standard will replace SY4053-93 from the date of entry into force. The main editor of this standard is: Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation.
The participating units of this standard are: Oil Construction Company No. 1 of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. The main drafters of this standard are Zheng Yugang, Sun Fengyu, and Yu Hongzhu. 1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to unify the quality inspection and evaluation methods of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline engineering, strengthen quality management, and ensure engineering quality. 1.02 This standard applies to the quality inspection and assessment of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline projects with a dry pressure of no less than 32MPa, a medium leak of -20-350℃, and a material of carbon steel or ordinary low-alloy steel.
The quality inspection and assessment of pipelines with a medium pressure of no more than 2.5MPa connected to the metering station shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of this standard.
This standard does not apply to the quality inspection and assessment of natural gas pipeline projects with a working pressure greater than 1.6MPa.
1.0.3 The names of units (divisions) and sub-projects of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline projects shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.0.3.

The quality inspection and assessment of anode cathodic protection and impressed current cathodic protection projects shall comply with the provisions of the "Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard" SY4029-93. 1.0.6 The main indicators and requirements of this standard are proposed based on the SY Guang I0422 Oilfield Gathering and Transportation Pipeline Construction and Acceptance Specifications.
1.0.7 The main quality assurance materials of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline projects shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of this standard
1.0.8 The main quality inspection instruments of oil gathering and transportation pipeline projects shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B of this standard.
2 Inspection and processing of pipeline components and pipeline support parts 2.1 Guarantee items
2.1.1 The specifications, models and materials used for processing of pipeline components and pipeline support parts must comply with the design requirements and relevant standards. Inspection method: Check the factory quality certificate or certificate or re-inspection report. 2.1.2 The strength and tightness test and non-destructive testing of medium and low pressure main pipes with welds in the jacket space and the jacket must comply with the design requirements and relevant specifications. Inspection method: Check the test records and non-destructive testing reports. 2.1.3 Valve pressure test and safety valve set pressure must comply with design requirements and relevant specifications.
