1 Scope
Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China
Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes
Specification for slab handling cranes This standard specifies the technical requirements, test and inspection rules for slab handling cranes. JB/T7688.14—1999
Replaces ZBJ80016—89
This standard applies to slab handling cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) whose objects are taken by clamps, hooks, electromagnetic suckers and dual-purpose or triple-purpose.
2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T700—1988 Carbon structural steel
JB/T7688.1--1995 General requirements for technical conditions of metallurgical cranes
3 Technical requirements
Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental conditions
The minimum working environment temperature of the crane is -10°C and the maximum is not more than 106°C. 3.2 Performance
3.2.1 The rated lifting capacity of the crane is the mass of the clamped object. 3.2.2 Clamping device
3.2.2.1 The material of the clamp tip should be heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy, and there should be no defects such as cracks; for the heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy with surfacing, there should be no defects such as slag inclusion.
3.2.2.2 The material of the clamp arm should not be lower than the carbon structural steel specified in GB/T700. 3>20mm, choose steel with mechanical properties not lower than Q235-C or 16Mn steel.
The guide frame and telescopic sleeve shall be made of materials in accordance with 3.3 of JB/T7688.1-1995. The material of the jaws shall be heat-resistant and wear-resistant. The material of the pin shall be not lower than 45 steel.
The material of the transmission shaft shall be not lower than 45 steel.
The clamp device shall have measures to ensure the clamping force. The various mechanisms or hinges of the clamp shall be able to rotate flexibly. 3.2.2.9
The opening and closing mechanism of the clamp shall have heat insulation protection measures. 3.2.3 For cranes using electromagnetic suction cups, their weight absorption capacity shall not be lower than the rated weight absorption capacity of the electromagnetic suction cup, and the power-off demagnetization time shall not exceed 3.5$. If the user requires, the power-off demagnetization time is generally 10 minutes, or it can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000
3.3 Electrical Equipment
JB/T7688.141999
3.3.1 A dedicated cable reel should be provided for the clamping device. On cranes with broken hot plates, heat protection measures should be taken for this section of cable. The heat-resistant temperature of the cable and the conductor should be greater than 70C.
3.3.2 The upper limit switch, zero speed detection switch, transmitter and other electrical components of the clamping device should be resistant to high temperatures. 3.4 Lubrication
The clamping device should adopt a centralized lubrication system, and the lubrication pipeline should have effective protection measures. 4 Test
4.1 In addition to the relevant provisions of 4.1 in JB/T7688.1-1995, the visual inspection of the crane should also be carried out on the guide frame device (when there is a rigid guide frame) and the clamping device.
4.2 Qualification test
During the test, the load should be gradually increased to the rated lifting capacity. Under standard voltage and rated speed of the motor, action tests and tests in all directions should be carried out. In addition to verifying the contents specified in 4.2 of JB/T7688.1-1995, the items listed in Table 1 should also be included. Table 1
Item name
Opening degree of the shuangbang
Opening and closing speed
Opening and closing mechanism
Height difference between the four staggered claws when the clamp is unloaded
Relative sliding distance between the clamp pin and the plate when lifting during the clamping process 4.3 Carrying capacity test
4.3.1 Static load test
Required value
According to the design drawing
Flexible and reliable
Limit deviation
According to 1.25G during the static load test of the crane. Loading, the test load should be applied to the hoist pulley block or the upper beam, and the rest should be in accordance with 4.3.1 of JB/T7688.1--1995. 4.3.2 Dynamic load test
In addition to the relevant provisions of 4.3.2 of JB/T7688.1--1995, the dynamic load test of the crane should also meet the following requirements 4.3.2.1 During the test, load 1.1G, and use the clamp to clamp the plate equivalent to 1.1G, to test the clamp's clamping capacity and the dynamic load performance of the main lifting mechanism.
4.3.2.2 Test the opening and closing mechanism of the clamp, and open and close the action for no less than 5 times. It is required that the clamp can be opened and closed flexibly, and the opening and closing dimensions should meet the requirements of the drawings.
4.3.2.3 If the trolley uses a horizontal wheel guide device, the horizontal wheel should play a role in controlling the running guide during the test run, and the trolley wheels should not be blocked.
