6 Inspection rules
QE 1778-93
6,1 Each batch of ethylhexanoate products shall be technically inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that the products meet the requirements of this standard: Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall include: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, export date, batch number, purity, product certification and standard number. 6.2 Inspection form should be made according to this standard to check the quality of the products received. Each batch number should be inspected once, and different batch numbers should be inspected separately. B.3 For each batch of packaging units, two bottles should be collected if the number is less than 1 barrel (bottle), and three barrels (bottles) should be collected if the number is more than 14 barrels (bottles). Take the packaging from the laboratory, check the moisture and impurities, and then heat the sample tube for 5-10 μm: the sample is fully dried and the sand is uniformly discharged. The manufacturer, product name, batch number, quantity and collection period are listed on the sample, one for inspection and the other for confidential storage.
. If any indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the production station may stop the production and re-inspect the product. If the re-inspection result still indicates that it is not qualified, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 If the parties have any objection, they may decide to solve the problem or invite a legal inspection agency to do so, and the party shall bear the cost.
6. Color, acid value, desorption capacity are factory inspection indicators, relative density, optical density, and solubility are type inspection indicators, and inspection shall be conducted once a quarter.
Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
7.1 The following iron barrels or packagings should be marked with: product name, manufacturer name, trademark, approval letter, and packaging letter. If the investment unit has special requirements, please discuss and negotiate with the manufacturer. 2.
