3 Requirements
Packaging container steel drum closure
3.1 Yellow phosphorus packaging adopts 1st level packaging, and its requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB12463. 3.2 The net weight of each barrel of yellow phosphorus is 200±0.2kg. The height of water added to the barrel shall not be less than 50mm, and the reserved space height shall not be less than 35mm. 3.3 Preparation of yellow phosphorus packaging
3.3.1 The yellow phosphorus packaging site should be flat, spacious, and free of flammable and explosive items. Cold and hot water sources and steam should be available on site. 3.3.2 Yellow phosphorus packaging workers must pass the safety operation training before they can take up their posts. Labor protection equipment must be worn before operation. 3.3.3 Requirements for yellow phosphorus packaging containers:
a) The volume of the yellow phosphorus packaging container is 140L;
b) The yellow phosphorus barrel should meet the requirements of Appendix A (Appendix of the standard); c) The yellow phosphorus manufacturer shall inspect the appearance and airtightness of each yellow phosphorus barrel according to Appendix A before use. 3.3.4 The maximum range of the platform scale used for yellow phosphorus packaging is 500kg, and it should be calibrated before weighing. 3.3.5 The quality of the packaged yellow phosphorus should meet the requirements of GB7816. 3.4 Yellow phosphorus packaging method
Yellow phosphorus can be packaged in the following two ways. 3.4.1 Packaging method 1
3.4.1.1 Place the yellow phosphorus barrel on the platform scale and inject 50℃~~60℃ hot water, not less than 10kg. 3.4.1.2 Inject 200kg of yellow phosphorus into the yellow phosphorus barrel and observe frequently during filling. The yellow phosphorus should be paraffin-like, yellow-green or brown-green. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on July 9, 1996 and implemented on January 1, 1997

3.4.1.3 Move the yellow phosphorus package steadily off the platform scale, arrange it neatly on the horizontal ground, and cool it to room temperature. Check the yellow phosphorus surface at the injection port and the air vent. The height difference is not more than 10mm. Check that the water layer thickness at the highest point on the upper surface of the yellow phosphorus is not less than 50mm. 3.4.1.4 After the yellow phosphorus solidifies, seal the injection port and the emptying port of the yellow phosphorus barrel. 3.4.2 Packaging method 2: wwW.bzxz.Net
3.4.2.1 Pour about 5kg of hot water at 50℃~60℃ into the yellow phosphorus weighing container and weigh it. The volume of the yellow phosphorus weighing container is slightly larger than 140L, and the bottom is conical.
3.4.2.2 Add 200kg weight to the platform scale, and pour 200kg of yellow phosphorus into the water in the yellow phosphorus weighing container. Observe the yellow phosphorus, which should be paraffin-like, yellow-green or brown-green.
3.4.2.3 Pour about 10kg of hot water at 50℃~60℃ into the yellow phosphorus barrel, and put all the yellow phosphorus and water in the yellow phosphorus weighing container into the water in the yellow phosphorus barrel.
3.4.2.4 Move the yellow phosphorus barrel to a horizontal ground to cool and solidify, and check the yellow phosphorus surface at the injection port and the air vent on the upper surface of the yellow phosphorus. The height difference is no more than 10mm. Check the thickness of the water layer at the highest point on the upper surface of the yellow phosphorus, which is no less than 50mm. 3.4.2.5 Weigh the yellow phosphorus package and adjust the water volume. 3.4.2.6 Seal the injection port and air vent of the yellow phosphorus barrel. 3.4.3 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate when leaving the factory. 3.4.4 The safety requirements during the yellow phosphorus packaging process shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB7816. Yellow phosphorus should be isolated from air during the packaging process; yellow phosphorus is not allowed to burn and damage the protective layer of the yellow phosphorus barrel. 3.5 Yellow phosphorus packaging mark
Print the relevant yellow phosphorus mark on the cylindrical surface of the barrel. The mark must be clear and eye-catching, and the content of the mark includes: product name, grade, hazardous goods number, product batch number, production date, net mass, gross mass, manufacturer and graphic marks such as upward, spontaneous combustion, and toxic substances, as shown in Figure 1. 4 Storage and transportation of yellow phosphorus packages
4.1 Yellow phosphorus packages should be stacked in batches. When stacking, the bottom layer should be placed with pads. Rain protection measures should be taken for open-air stacking. 4.2 The transportation of yellow phosphorus packages should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB7816, and export should comply with export regulations. In the process of transportation, it is strictly forbidden to invert, collide, and throw. It is strictly forbidden to damage the yellow phosphorus barrels with sharp objects in the carriage. 4.3 Yellow phosphorus packages are not allowed to leak during storage and transportation. 5 Test methods for yellow phosphorus packages

A2.2.1 When the barrel body, barrel top and barrel bottom material thickness is greater than 1.25mm, it shall be made of hot-rolled thin steel plates with performance that meets or exceeds that specified in GB912; when the material thickness is not greater than 1.25mm, it shall be made of cold-rolled thin steel plates with performance that meets or exceeds that specified in GB11253. A2.2.2 The performance of steel barrel closures shall meet the corresponding requirements of plug-type closures in GB13251. Structure of yellow phosphorus barrel
A2.3.1 The barrel body, barrel top and barrel bottom are made of whole thin steel plates respectively, and splicing is not allowed. The longitudinal seam of the barrel body is connected by resistance welding.

A2.4 Appearance requirements for yellow phosphorus barrels
A2.4.1 The barrel body is round and smooth, without obvious roundness, convexity, or skew; without burrs or mechanical damage. A2.4.2 The straight weld is flat and uniform; the indentation has no obvious damage to the barrel wall. The triple round curling is well engaged, without exposed protruding iron tongue. A2.4.3

A3.2 If any sample unit has one of the following situations, the product is judged as unqualified: a) Class A unqualified is greater than zero;

A3.3.1 The factory inspection of yellow phosphorus barrels shall be carried out one by one according to A2.1~A2.4 and A2.6. A3.3.2 The factory products shall be issued with product certificates. A3.4 Type inspection:
Type inspection must inspect all items required by A2. A3.4.1 Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations: a) Product trial production and identification;
b) Production organized according to new standards;
c) Changes in product structure, materials, and processes; d) After a one-year break from normal production or after the production of 30,000 barrels; e) When production is resumed after a long-term shutdown;
f) After major overhaul of major production equipment;
g) After major product quality problems;
h) When the relevant state agencies make a request.
A3.4.2 Randomly select 6 yellow phosphorus barrels and divide them into two groups, 3 in each group, and conduct type inspections separately. A3.4.3 The first group is tested for Class C and Class B characteristics. If any sample unit has any of the situations in Article 3.2, the type inspection is judged to be unqualified. A3.4.4 The second group is subjected to stacking test and airtightness test. If any item of any sample unit fails, the type inspection is judged to be unqualified.
A3.4.5 The first group after passing the test is subjected to hydraulic pressure test, and the second group is subjected to drop test. If any item of any sample unit fails, the type inspection is judged to be unqualified.
A4 Test method
A4.1 Articles A2.1 to A2.4 are carried out by general measuring tools, visual inspection, hand feeling and inspection of incoming quality certificates or report sheets. A4.2 The airtightness test is carried out in accordance with Appendix B of GB325. A4.3 The thickness of the coating is measured in accordance with GB4956. A4.4 The adhesion of the coating is measured in accordance with Appendix A of GB325. The damaged area of ​​the paint layer reaches above level 2, and the galvanized layer reaches above level 1. A4.5 The hydraulic pressure test is carried out in accordance with Appendix C of GB325. A4.6 The stacking test is carried out in accordance with Article 6.5 of GB325. A4.7 The drop test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.4 of GB325.5 After passing the test, the first group shall be subjected to hydraulic test, and the second group shall be subjected to drop test. If any item of any sample unit fails, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified.
