The main differences between this standard and GB/T14898-1994 are as follows: This standard is revised in accordance with GB/T1.1-2000 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Writing Rules of Standards".
The classification is revised in accordance with JB/T9580-1999 "Classification and Model Compilation Method of Carbon Graphite Products". The product models have been increased and their basic dimensions have been adjusted accordingly. In terms of the physical and chemical properties of the products, an additional item of forest density has been added to some varieties.

4.4 The surface of the graphite sheet shall not have impurities, cracks or fragments, but slight edge and corner loss is allowed. Its length shall not exceed 2mm, width shall not exceed 1mm, and depth shall not exceed one-third of the thickness of the graphite sheet. 5 Test method
5. When testing according to 4.1, 4.2 and 4.4 of this standard, use a micrometer with a graduation value of 0.01mm or a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02mm for testing.
5.2 The appearance quality of graphite shall be inspected by the visual inspection method. 5.3 The ash content, total porosity and bulk density shall be inspected according to JB/T8133, and the degree of graphitization shall be inspected according to JB/T4220. 6 Inspection regulations
6.1 According to 4.1 to 4.4 of this standard, the graphite shall be inspected batch by batch before delivery. Each graphitization furnace is a batch. 6.2 The sampling method for the inspection of graphite before delivery shall be GB/T2828.! . 6.3 When testing the ash content, total porosity and bulk density of T622, T623, T664, T665 and T666 rough graphite in accordance with 4.3 of this standard, the normal inspection two-drink sampling plan, special inspection level S-2 and acceptance quality limit AQL=6.5 shall be adopted. 6.4 When testing the ash content and total porosity of T12, T621 and T641, T642.1643 and T692 graphite, the normal inspection two-drink sampling plan, special inspection level S-2 and acceptance quality limit AQI.6.5 shall be adopted, the unit product is set as 100B, and the batch size is equal to the mass of the batch (g)/100 (g).
6.5 When inspecting the graphitization degree of each type of graphite, samples shall be taken from each batch (furnace) of unit products as specified in 6.3 and 6.4 of this standard. The sample size is 3 (two furnace heads, 1 sample unit is taken from each furnace). If one of the samples fails, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. However, the batch of graphite is allowed to be reprocessed and submitted for inspection again. 6.6 When inspecting according to 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard, a normal inspection single sampling plan is adopted, the general inspection level is 1, and the acceptance quality limit is AQI.=6.5.
6.7 When inspecting according to 4 and 4 of this standard, a normal inspection single sampling plan is adopted, the special inspection level is S-4, and the acceptance quality limit is AQL=6.5.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The qualified graphite shall be issued a certificate by the manufacturing quality inspection department. The certificate of conformity shall indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, product model, manufacturing date or production batch number, standard code, full-time inspector code and quality inspection department's special seal. 7.1.2 The small package of graphite shall indicate the product model, production batch number, specification size and net weight; the large package shall indicate the user's name, production unit, destination and departure station name, net weight, and indicate moisture-proof, vibration-proof and stacking layer limit signs. 7.2 Packaging
