3.1 Product Varieties

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Performance
4.1.1 Confidentiality
4.1.1.1 Hand-held type, jump type and other box locks need to be opened and closed with a special key. 45

4.2.1 The overall assembly is firm, not skewed, the gap is uniform and reasonable, and there is no obvious damage caused by assembly. 4.2.2 The electroplated surface should be bright, and no burning, blistering, peeling, missing plating, obvious scratches, and pinholes are allowed. 4.2.3 The lock body has clear lines, natural arcs, and no high or low skew. 4.2.4 The word wheel of the combination lock should be clear and obvious. 4.3 Electroplating quality requirements
4.3.1 Bonding strength: Test according to the method specified in GB/T5933, and the plating layer shall not be lifted or fallen off. 4.3.2 Corrosion resistance: According to GB/T5944, the corrosion resistance level should be greater than level 5. Nickel plating, zinc plating: Test for 6 hours, the corrosion surface is not more than 4%.
4.4 Product classification
4.4.1 Products are divided into first-class products and qualified products according to quality: a. All those that meet all the technical indicators of this standard are first-class products. Those that meet the provisions of Article 4.1 of this standard, only the surface coating is slightly worse but does not seriously affect the appearance or the flexibility is slightly worse but does not affect the user are qualified products.
5 Test method
5.1 Confidentiality
5.1.1 Hand-held, jump-type and other box locks are opened non-destructively with keys. 5.1.2 The dialing of the number plate of the combination lock shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1.2.3. 5.2 Degree of flexibility
5.2.1 Test by hand one by one, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.1 and 4.1.2.2. 5.2.2 Change the combination lock wheel by hand, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.3. 5.3 Durability
5.3.1 Impact resistance: Install the lock on the suitcase, load the box with 25kg, and let the bottom of the box fall freely 300mm from the ground, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.3.1.
5.3.2 Lifespan: Open the lock by hand, the opening speed is 50-60 times/min, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.3.2. 5.4 Plating quality
5.4.1 Bonding strength shall be tested by heating method in GB/T5933. 5.4.2 Corrosion resistance shall be tested according to GB/T5938, the spray cycle of chrome-plated parts is 18h, and that of plated inserts is 6h. 5.5 Other indicators are all tested by sensory test under 750x. 6 Inspection rules

7.1 Marking
The packaging box should be clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, specification model, quantity, production date, quality grade. 7.2 Packaging
Packaging is divided into inner and outer packaging. The inner packaging should be made of neutral soft paper, and the product should not be loose in the box. The product certificate should be attached; the outer packaging must be firm.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, it should be handled with care, and it is strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun, rain, or moisture. 7.4 Storage
It should be placed in a dry and ventilated room, and should not be stored in the same room with oil, acid, alkali or other chemicals. The product should be at least 300mm above the ground and the wall.
