Hoses are divided into two types according to use requirements. Type A ordinary type. B Type Antistatic Type. 3.2 Product Marking 3.2.1 Marking Content Product Name, Model, Inner Diameter, Label Number, 3.2.1.1 Marking Example: Sandblasting Rubber Hose 3.3 Specifications, Dimensions and Deviations HG 2192 Standard No. Product Name The specifications, dimensions and deviations of the hose shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 23, 1991 and implemented on May 1, 1992 Nominal Foot HG 2192 - 91 Hose thickness Ordinary type A Note: The length and inner diameter of the hose not listed in the specification shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the supplier. 3.4 Cutting length deviation Hose cutting length deviation shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB9575. 4 Technical requirements 4. 1 Operating temperaturebzxz.net The operating temperature of the hose is -20~45℃. 4.2 Hydraulic requirements 4.2.1 The maximum working pressure of the hose is 0.63 MPa, and the maximum bending pressure of the hose is less than 4.2.2 When the hose is subjected to hydraulic pressure test under two working pressures, it should not leak water, have no local bulging, no expansion and no other abnormal phenomena. The antistatic hose maintains the pressure for 1 beat, and its length change should not exceed ±8%, the outer diameter change should not exceed 10%, and the twist per meter should not exceed 60° 4.2.3 The bursting pressure of the hose should not be less than 4% of the working pressure. 4.3 Bending performance When the hose is tested with a minimum bending radius of 10 times the nominal inner diameter, the deformation length D value should not exceed 0.8 times the outer diameter D of the hose. It is the ratio of the outer diameter before bending to the outer diameter before bending. 4.4 Conductive properties The resistance value of the antistatic hose should not exceed 2.0M2/m.4.5 Physical and mechanical properties 4.5.1 The physical and mechanical properties of the inner and outer rubber layers of the finished hose should comply with the requirements of Table 2. Test items Tensile strengthMPa Batch elongation, % Hot air aging (70 × 72 h) Abrasion, Cm3 HG2192-91 Not less than Not less than! Tensile strength change rate, % Tear elongation change rate, % Not more than Adhesion strength between layers, KN/m Not less than Ordinary type (Type A) Inner rubber layer Outer rubber layer ①Hoses with an inner diameter of less than 20mm are not subject to finished product physical and mechanical performance tests (except resistance). For: Antistatic type (Type B) Physical indicators are determined by both parties Outer rubber layer ③Outer rubber layer is not thin. When conducting physical and mechanical performance tests, use the inner rubber layer prepared under the vulcanization conditions of the hose. , the outer rubber carbonized test piece is tested When doing the wear test of the inner rubber layer of the hose, the inner rubber carbonized test piece prepared under the same vulcanization conditions as the teaching hose is tested. 4.6 The appearance quality of the hose shall comply with the provisions of HG2185. 5 Test method The hydraulic performance is tested in accordance with GB5563 5.2 The bending performance is tested in accordance with GB5565. 5.3 The resistance value of the hose is tested in accordance with GB11210. 5.4 The physical and mechanical properties of the hose rubber layer are tested in accordance with GB5562. 5.5 The wear performance is tested in accordance with GB1689 5.6 The specifications, dimensions and deviations of the hose are measured in accordance with GB 9573. 5.7 The appearance quality is checked visually and with measuring tools. 6 Acceptance rules 6,1: The appearance and dimensions of the hose shall be checked one by one. 6.2 Each batch of hoses shall not exceed 20,000m. 6.3 The hoses shall be inspected in batches by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of hoses must have a product quality certificate and be stamped with the seal of the inspection department before leaving the factory. 6.4 Take two hoses (any specification) from each batch of finished products and check the various properties and hydraulic and burst pressure tests at least once a month. The resistance value is checked once a quarter. 6.5 If the physical and mechanical properties and pressure tests are unqualified, double samples should be taken from the product and the unqualified items should be retested. If one item or one sample is still unqualified after the retest, the batch of products is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The marking, packaging and transportation of hoses shall comply with the provisions of GB9577. 7.2 The storage of hoses shall comply with the provisions of GR 9576 HG 2192-91 7.3 In compliance with Articles 7.1 and 7.2 of this standard, the manufacturer shall ensure that the performance of the product shall still comply with the provisions of this standard within a storage period of no more than 1 year from the date of manufacture.
