4 Technical requirements

4.1 Products should comply with the requirements of this standard , and manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by prescribed procedures. 4.2 Product hygienic conditions should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China. 4.3 The electrical equipment of the product should comply with the relevant regulations in GB/T5226.1. 4.4 The transmission part of the exposed parts of the product should have a protective cover, and the transmission system should have reliable safety devices. 4.5 The outer surface of the product should be painted in light colors, and the painted surface should be firm, flat, bright, and even in color. 4.6 The noise of the whole machine shall not be greater than 85dB(A).
4.7 The dough bucket, rollers, die, conveyor belt and other parts of the product that come into contact with the dough should be easy to clean. 4.8 When the product continuously operates to a stable temperature, the temperature rise of the rolling bearing and the temperature of the oil in the tank should not exceed 35°C, the temperature rise of the printing slide and the eccentric wheel should not exceed 25°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 65°C. 4.9 The T-surface of product parts should comply with the regulations of GB/T1031. 4.10 Product parts must be inspected by the quality inspection department before they can be assembled. 4.11 Outsourced parts must comply with relevant standards. 4.12 The scraping points on the scraped guide rail surface should be uniform, with at least six points in every 25mm×25mm area. The contact area of ??the ground guide rail surface should be no less than 60% of the entire length and no less than 40% of the entire width. %. 4.13 After assembly of intermeshing gears, when the gear rim width is ≤20mm, the axial misalignment shall not be greater than 1mm; when the gear rim width is >20mm, the axial misalignment shall not exceed 5% of the rim width, and the maximum shall not exceed 5mm. . 4.14 Cleanliness in each gearbox of the printing part after assembly: a) 1000 mg for 1200 type, 1000 type and 800 type; 800 mg for 560 type and 400 type.

5.1 No-load (negative) load noise test method
a) Use a sound level meter to measure the A-weighted sound pressure level dB (A) of each measuring point, and read the reading during the measurement Take the average sound pressure level within 10 seconds; b) The measuring points are arranged on the front, rear, left and right sides of the printing part of the biscuit machine; c) The measuring points are 1m away from the simplified surface of the printing part of the biscuit machine and 1.5 meters above the ground m; d) Take the maximum value of the dB(A) values ??measured at each point as the measurement result. 5.2 Test method for cleanliness
a) Use clear cleaning fluid;
b) Clean the internal surfaces of each component in the box; c) Filter the cleaning fluid through a 200-mesh German mesh: d ) Use kerosene or 120* flux oil to wash the filter and the debris in the mesh: e) Heat the filter and the debris in the mesh to 110~130℃, keep it warm for a period of time, and then measure it with a precision balance after it reaches constant weight. 6.1 Products must be accepted by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 2
7 Product type test

7.1 Type test must be carried out after factory acceptance and when one of the following situations occurs: a) New products or old products are transferred to the factory During trial production and appraisal; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, a test should be conducted periodically or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; d) When the product resumes production after a long-term suspension; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type test; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type testing. 7.2 The type test content should be carried out in accordance with product drawings and company standards. 7.3. If any item in the type test fails, the item should be repaired or replaced before retesting; if the retest still fails, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
