This specification is based on the original China National Petroleum Corporation (98) Zhongyou Jijianzi No. 3 document, and is revised by China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Second Engineering Company on the original (Tube Heating Furnace Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specification) SYJ4004-90. .In the revision, the various types of heating furnaces used by various units were considered, and the development direction in the future was considered, emphasizing safe construction and construction quality. According to the content, the name of the specification was changed to "Heating Furnace Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specification". During the revision of this specification, opinions were widely solicited from relevant units in two ways: letter review and joint review, and the department strived to achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and applicability, and ensure quality. Taking into account the current domestic construction level and future development direction, and trying to connect with the advanced international construction specifications, the provisions in the original specification that are still applicable will be retained; those that are outdated or have large limitations will be deleted; those that are inaccurate or unclear will be modified: foreign advanced standards that meet my country's national conditions will be adopted, and finally the Petroleum Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee will review and finalize it together with relevant departments.
This standard has 10 chapters. The main contents include general principles, materials, production, assembly, rust removal and painting, packaging and shipment, on-site installation, furnace drying, nameplate, and completion acceptance. This specification is interpreted by China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Second Engineering Company. The main editor of this specification is China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Company No. 2. The main drafters of this specification are Wu Desheng, Chen Dazhong, Zhang Jikai, Zhang Hongyuan, and Mao Hong.
1 General Principles
1.0.1 This specification is formulated to implement the national technical and economic policies in the construction of heating furnaces, ensure the quality of production and installation, and achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and applicability.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of direct and indirect heating furnaces of various types in oil fields: joint stations, oil depot long-distance pipeline heating stations, and can also be used for the construction and acceptance of heating furnaces in gas fields.
1.0.3 Direct and indirect heating furnaces shall comply with the Safety Technical Regulations for Organic Heat Carrier Furnaces (GB 15000) and the Safety Regulations for Heating Furnaces for Petroleum Industry (GB 1500031). Pressure vessels in the heating furnace system (such as oil storage tanks, expansion tanks, vapor-liquid separators, etc.) shall comply with the relevant provisions of "Steel Pressure Vessels" GB150 and the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels" (GB 1500031). The manufacture of heat exchangers shall comply with the relevant provisions of "Steel Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers" GB151.
1.0.4 The manufacture and installation of the heating furnace shall comply with the requirements of the design documents. When the design needs to be modified, the original design unit shall agree and sign the design change document. 1.0.5 Before the manufacture and installation of the heating furnace, the manufacturing process and installation construction plan shall be prepared according to the design documents, and Strictly implement process inspection. Only when the previous process is qualified can the next process be constructed.
10,6 Inspection and acceptance of heating furnaces shall use measuring instruments that have passed metrological verification and shall be operated in accordance with relevant regulations.
1..The production and installation of heating furnaces shall obtain the corresponding qualifications and formulate practical measures to ensure the quality of manufacturing and installation. 1.0.8 Relevant safety technology, labor protection, and environmental protection shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current mandatory standards of the country and $Y0031.

2 Materials
2.0.1 The materials used for the heating furnace shall comply with the design documents Requirements, and should comply with the provisions of the current national and industry standards (specifications). 2.0.2 The materials used for the heating furnace must have technical documents such as certificates of conformity and quality certificates. When there are doubts about the material quality of the main components, they should be re-inspected according to the standards and order contracts, and can only be used after passing the inspection.
2.0.3 Steel forged flanges and other forgings should comply with the provisions of (carbon steel and low alloy steel forgings for pressure vessels) JB4726, "Steel Pipe Flange Types) GB/T9112, (Steel Pipe Flange Pressure Temperature Grade> GBT9131 and other standards. 2.0.4 The surface rust level of steel should comply with the national (Steel Surface Rust Level and Rust Removal Level before Painting GB/T8923) specified A, B, C levels, and the depth of rust, pitting or scratches should not exceed It must not exceed 12 of the negative deviation of the thickness of the steel. 2.0.5 The fasteners and pipe fittings used in the heating furnace project shall comply with the provisions of the standards such as <Mechanical properties of fasteners) GB/T3098, 1~3098.6, surface defects of fasteners> GB/T5779.1~5779.3, (steel elbows> SY5257, <steel plate butt-welding pipe fittings) GB/T13401 (steel butt-welding pipe fittings> SY7510. 2.0.6 The furnace tree materials and coating materials of the heating furnace must have certificates and instructions: new materials should have identification results and can only be used with the consent of the design unit. 2, 0.7 Purchased (outsourced) equipment and accessories such as burners, blowers, pumps, etc. should have quality certificates, quality assurance books, packing lists, operating instructions and other technical documents. 2.0.8 Valves, pressure gauges, thermocouples and other accessories used on the heating furnace should be tested and calibrated one by one. Safety valves must comply with the provisions of (General requirements for safety valves) GBT12241, "Safety valve performance test methods" GB/T12242, (Spring direct load safety) GB/T12243: and must be strictly cleaned: Constant pressure (according to the design value): Continuous jump and return tests for no less than 3 times. Unqualified products are strictly prohibited from use.
Steel structure production
The allowable deviation value of the materials used for steel structures shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.1.1. If not, it shall be corrected before cutting.

3,1.3 The surface of the steel after correction is strictly prohibited from having cracks, obvious concave surfaces and damage, and the depth of surface scratches shall not exceed 0.50mm. Carbon structural steel shall not be corrected or cold bent when the ambient temperature is lower than -16 for carbon structural steel and lower than -12 for low alloy structural steel.
3.1.4 When the chord length of the bent parts is greater than or equal to 1500mm, an arc-shaped sample with a chord length of not less than 1500mm shall be used for inspection; when the chord length of the bent parts is less than 1500mm, the chord length of the sample shall not be less than the chord length of the parts. The measured gap shall not be greater than 2.0mm.
3.1.5 When heating and correcting carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural steel, the heating temperature shall be selected according to the properties of the steel and shall not exceed 900℃: Heating should be carried out in a furnace or with a heat source with a relatively uniform temperature distribution, and overburning and uneven heating shall not occur. After heating and correcting, low-alloy structural steel shall be slowly cooled.
3.1.6 When laying out and numbering materials, welding shrinkage allowances and processing allowances such as cutting, planing and milling shall be reserved according to process requirements during production and installation. 3.1.7 The allowable deviation of laying out and numbering materials shall comply with the requirements of Table 3.1.7. 3.1.8 Before cutting, the rust and dirt on the surface of the steel cutting area should be cleaned up, and mechanical cutting, plasma cutting or gas cutting should be used, and arc cutting should not be used. 3.1.9 After cutting, slag and spatter should be removed. There should be no cracks, burrs or missing edges at the incision. The allowable deviation of the cutting material should comply with the provisions of Table 3.1.9. 3.1.1 All bolt holes shall be punched or drilled, and the center distance allowable deviation shall comply with the requirements of the design documents.
3.1.11 Carbon structural steel shall not be sheared or punched when the ambient temperature is below -20℃ or low alloy structural steel when the ambient temperature is below -15℃.
