Design pressure: Design temperature: Corrosion margin: Design load Design temperature -1980℃ Basic wind pressure: 0.5kPa. Snow load: 0.45kPa. Additional load on tank item: Seismic fortification intensity: 7 degrees. 2.4.5 Material selection The material selection should be based on the lowest daily average temperature of the tank construction area plus 13℃ to determine the tank wall material (Q235-AF: Q235-A20R: 16Mn16MnR). The flange standard is HGI44-91 (except for the instrument interface). The foam fire fighting and water sprinkler system adopts a raised plate type flat welded steel pipe flange, with a nominal pressure of PN-1MPa, and the flange standard is GB9119.7-88. 2.7 Liquid level indication This standard storage tank is equipped with two sets of liquid level indication devices, one is a float type steel belt level gauge, and the other is a differential pressure level gauge. 2.8 Ladder, platform This standard stipulates that 100m2~300m2 storage tanks use straight ladders, and 400m2~30000m storage tanks use spiral ladders, with a spiral rise angle of 45°. 39 2.9.1 Foam fire fighting Fire fighting facilities This standard adopts foam fire fighting for storage tanks. Different numbers of air foam generators are set according to different volumes. 2.9.2 Fire sprinkler For storage tanks that need to be equipped with water sprinklers, this standard stipulates that storage tanks of 100m2 to 800m2 are only equipped with tank top sprinklers, and storage tanks of 1000m2 to 30000m2 are equipped with water sprinklers on the tank top and tank wall. See Table 2.9.2 for details.2.10 2.10.1 Floating plate structure Internal floating roof structure This standard adopts two structural types: shallow plate type and cabin type. Storage tanks with a nominal volume less than 10000m2 adopt shallow plate type, and storage tanks with a nominal volume equal to or greater than 10000m2 adopt cabin type. Sealing structure type This standard adopts two structural types: packing seal and tongue seal. Storage tanks with a nominal volume less than 10,000m2 use packing seals, and storage tanks with a nominal volume equal to and greater than 10,000m2 use tongue seals. For the rubber element of the sealing device, this standard recommends the use of nitrile rubber. The operation height is 900mm and the maintenance height is 1800mm. 2.10.4 Guide mechanism (anti-rotation device) The guide device of the floating plate of this standard adopts a sliding guide device. 2.11. Wall reinforcement ring This standard stipulates that the tank with a nominal volume less than 1000m2 shall not be equipped with reinforcement ring, and the tank with a nominal volume equal to or greater than 1000m2 shall be equipped with reinforcement ring. Tank bottom plate structure This standard recommends that the tank bottom plate adopts two types of butt joint and overlap, and it shall be selected according to the actual situation of the foundation and indicated in the selection table. 2.13 Drainage outletbZxz.net This standard recommends that the tank adopts two drainage structure types: tank bottom drainage and cleaning hole. And it shall be selected according to the characteristics of the storage medium and indicated in the selection table (drainage hole S1, cleaning hole Sz).
