GB 11443. 4 -89 This standard applies to domestic satellite television/frequency modulation carrier channels in the 4/6GHz frequency band, and also applies to television/frequency modulation carrier channels rented from international communication satellite transponders. 2 Reference standards GB1583 Color television image transmission standard GB11443.1 General technical requirements for domestic satellite communication earth stations Part -: General requirements 3 Hypothetical reference circuit The hypothetical reference circuit is shown in Figure 1: Hypothetical reference circuit TV center Earth station -07,- 04 Approved State Bureau of Technical Supervision 1989 Satellite TV: FM hypothetical reference circuit Earth station Implementation on 1990-03-01 4 Technical requirements for satellite TV channel characteristics 4.1 Polarization mode Domestic satellite: linear polarization; Leased satellite: dual circular polarization. 4.2 Frequency range GB 11443. 4 -89 Transmission: 5925~6425MHz (or extended to: 5850~6650MHz) Reception: 3700~4200MHz (or extended to: 3400~4200MHz). 4.3 RF carrier frequency tolerance Not worse than ±250kHz This indicator includes the initial deviation and long-term drift value of the carrier frequency. 4.4 Equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of earth station The EIRP transmitted by the earth station required by the TV carrier is related to the satellite parameters used, the beam coverage type, and the geographical location of the earth station.
