This standard specifies the test requirements, test items, test methods and test report format of the life test of valve electric devices. The electric device simulates the change of the valve opening and closing torque to perform a switching cycle operation until the electric device loses a certain performance Total number of switches.
3.2 Maximum control torque

4.1 Load characteristics
When the motor life test is performed, it is turned on with the operating torque and closed with the maximum control torque. If expressed in thrust, it is operated with one-half of the maximum thrust and closed with the maximum thrust. The negative characteristics are shown in the figure. For electric meters with a nominal torque of more than 2500N:m, the load characteristics of Figure 2 can be used.
