When the indentation spacing is less than 100mm, take a flat plate material for testing. 7.4.2 Sealing strength Sealing strength shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of QB/T2358. The heat sealing conditions of the material shall be provided by the manufacturer according to the material characteristics. When conducting the overlap strength test, it is allowed to seal the middle sealing strip that meets the use conditions at the same time. The test speed is 100mm/min. 7.4.3 Peeling strength of inner plastic film The peeling strength of inner plastic film shall be tested in accordance with GB/T88C8. 7.4.4 Oxygen permeability Oxygen permeability shall be tested in accordance with GB/T1038. 7.4.5 Spot Stiffness shall be tested in accordance with GB/T2679.3. 7.5 Hygienic indicators 7.5.1 Hygienic indicators of inner plastic film Hygienic indicators of inner plastic film shall be tested in accordance with GB/T5009.60. The material can be folded into a cubic container with the top and the bottom. Only the inner surface in direct contact with food shall be tested. 7.5.2 Solvent residue Solvent residue shall be tested in accordance with 5.7 of GB/T100C11998. 7.5.3 Microbiological inspection of the surface of material in contact with food 7.5.3.1 Cut the sample along the seam in a sterile room and cut it into the smallest rectangular shape. Measure the volume and make sure it is 0.1. trm and take 109 mL of sterile water, wipe the surface to be tested repeatedly with sterile cotton soaked in sterile water, put the cotton ball back into the sterile water, wipe it, and then test the total colony count, coliform group, pathogenic bacteria and mold according to GB/T4789.2, GB/T4789.3 and GB/4789.15. 7.5.3.2 Calculate the total colony count per square meter based on the sample area. 7.5.3.3 Take 3 parallel samples and calculate the average of the total colony count, accurate to 1 decimal place. 8 Inspection rules 8.1 Batch One variety, one specification, and a continuous production of no more than 2 million packages is a batch. 8.2 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 8.2.1 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are 6.1 and 5. 2.8.2.2 Type inspection Type inspection items are all items in Chapter 6. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) when the raw material variety, product structure, or production process changes; b) when production is resumed after more than 6 months of suspension; c) when continuous production is completed for 1 year; d) when production is resumed for the first time. 8.3 Sampling 8.3.1 Appearance quality and dimensional deviation shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828.1, using a routine inspection secondary sampling plan, special inspection level S-4, and an improved quality limit (AQL) of 2.5, see Table 6. 6 Appearance quality and dimensional deviation sampling plan 35 901--500 000 500 0c1 First, Sample quantity Test sample GB/T18706—2008 Acceptance quality limit (AQL) Acceptance number Ac Rejection Re 8.3.2 The quantitative, physical and chemical properties of the inner plastic film are determined in batches. According to the test requirements, sufficient samples for testing are selected for inspection. 8.4 Determination 8.4.1 Determination of sample unit Each box is a sample unit; one piece is a sample unit. If all the samples are qualified, the sample unit is qualified. 8.4.2 Determination of qualified items 8.4.2.1 Appearance quality deviation is determined according to Table 6. 8.4.2.2 If there are any unqualified items in the quantitative and physical performance inspection of the inner plastic film, double samples should be taken from the original batch of products for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the quantitative and physical mechanical properties of the inner plastic film of the batch of products are qualified; if the re-inspection is still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 8.4.2.3 If any of the hygiene indicators are unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 8.4.3 Determination of qualified batches If the products are qualified according to 8.4.2.1, 8.4.2.2 and 8.4.2.3, the batch of products is qualified. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 9.1 Marking The marking should comply with the provisions of GB/T191. The outer packaging of the product should be marked with a qualified mark, indicating the product name, specification, quantity, batch number, manufacturer, production date, etc. 9.2 Packaging The product is packed in cartons, which should be complete, sealed and undamaged. Other packaging methods can be determined by both the supply and demand parties. 9.3 Transportation The product should be handled with care during transportation to prevent it from being hit by the machine or contacting sharp objects, and to prevent it from being exposed to rain and contaminated. 9.4 Storage The product should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from heat sources and pollution sources. It is strictly forbidden to mix it with toxic and harmful substances. The storage period of the product shall not exceed 1 year from the date of production GB/T18706—2008 A.1 Inspection Instrument Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Quantitative inspection method for the inner plastic film A balance with an accuracy of 0.001, a mixture of toluene and alcohol in a ratio of 1:1 (volume ratio), and a constant-irrigation water bath. Test conditions The temperature of the mixed solution is kept at 6±5 in a constant temperature water bath. A.3 Testing steps A.3, 1 Cut three samples with an area of 50 cm2 or 100 cm2 from the sample with a painting knife. A, 3.?
