Registration No.: 10106-2002 I1G/T 2080-2001 This standard is a revision of the recommended chemical industry standard HG/T2080-1991 "Cationic Fluorescent Yellow 4GIL". The ten main differences between this standard and HG/T2080-1991 are as follows: - The specification of 250% as 100 points is cancelled, and 500% is stipulated as 100 points. - Modify some indicators in the color fastness to light and perspiration, - Modify some indicators in the color fastness to pollution of other fabrics when dyeing acrylic. The water insoluble index is adjusted from less than or equal to 0.8% to less than or equal to 0.5%. This standard will replace HG/T2080-1991 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the Policy and Regulations Department of the former State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Dye Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard: Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, Zhangjiagang Gangda Dye Chemical Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Gan Yong, Ma Junqing and Lu Xiufeng. This standard was first issued in 1980 as the standard issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry HG/T2-1388-80, and was first revised and adjusted to the chemical industry standard HG/T 2080-1991 in 1991. The National Technical Committee for the Promotion of Dye Standards is responsible for the interpretation of this standard. 1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Cationic fluorescence yellow 4GI, Cationic fluorescence yellow 4GL500% HG/T 2080--2001 Replaces HG/T2080-1991 This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, analysis steps, inspection rules, and marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of cationic fluorescent yellow 1GL (C.1. fluorescent yellow 24). The number of sampling barrels for each batch should meet the requirements of 6.6 in GB/T6678-1986. The packaging of the sample must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel. The total amount of the sample must not be less than 200%. After the sample is fully mixed, it is divided into two clean, dry and well-sealed containers. Labels are attached to indicate the product name, manufacturer name, batch number, sampling period and location. One is for inspection and the other is kept for future reference. 5 Analysis steps 5.1 Determination of appearance Visual evaluation is adopted. 5.2 Determination of dyeing color and intensity General conditions should comply with the relevant provisions of GB2374.
