5 How to draw various symbols
5.1 How to draw locating support symbols and auxiliary support symbols JB/T5061—91
5.1.1 The dimensions of locating support symbols and auxiliary support symbols shall be as specified in the figure below. y 11-8
5.1.2 The basic graphic dimensions of the combined locating and auxiliary support symbols shall comply with the provisions of Article 8.1. The length of the connecting line between the basic symbols can be determined based on the position in the process diagram. The connecting line is allowed to form a broken line, as shown in Appendix A (reference) No. 29. 5.1.3 The shape of the corrugations in the movable locating support symbols and auxiliary support symbols are not specifically specified. 5.1.4 The lines of the positioning support symbol and the auxiliary support symbol shall be in accordance with the line width/3 specified in GB4457.4, and the height of the symbol shall be 1 to 1.5 times the height of the number in the process drawing.
5.1.5 The positioning support symbol and the auxiliary support symbol may be marked on the extension line of the wheel seat of the specification drawing, or on the lead-out line of the projection surface, as shown in numbers 19 and 29 in Appendix A and numbers 3 and 4 in Appendix B (reference). 5.1.6 The lead-out line of the uncut center hole shall start from the intersection of the axis and the end face, as shown in numbers 1 and 2 in Appendix A. 5.1.7 When more than two positioning points are arranged on a positioning surface of a workpiece and there is no specific requirement for the position of each point, it is allowed to express them by adding numbers to the right of the positioning symbol. It is not necessary to draw the symbol of each positioning point. The height of the number on the right of the symbol should be consistent with the height of the symbol 4. For marking examples, see Appendix A and Appendix B.5.2 Drawing method of clamping special number
5.2.1 The size of the clamping symbol shall be determined according to the size and position of the process drawing. 5.2.2 The line of the clamping symbol shall be 6/3 of the line width specified in GB4457.4. 5.2.3 The length of the connecting line of the linkage clamping symbol shall be determined according to the position in the process drawing. The connecting line is allowed to be drawn as a broken line, as shown in No. 28 in Appendix A,
5.3 Drawing method of device symbol
The size of the device symbol shall be determined according to the position in the process drawing, and its line width shall be 3/3 of the line width specified in GB4457.4. 6 Use of positioning, clamping and loading symbols 6.1 Positioning symbols, clamping symbols and device symbols can be used separately or in combination. 6.2 When the symbols alone are not clear, additional explanations may be provided in words. 7 Examples of the application of various symbols
7.1 For examples of the marking of positioning, clamping symbols and mounting symbols, see Appendix A. 7.2 For examples of the application of positioning and clamping symbols and the corresponding fixture structures, see Appendix B. 5
