GB/T3326—1997 This standard is a revision of GB3326--82 "Main Dimensions of Tables, Chairs and Stools". The standard contains necessary dimensions related to human functions, dimensions that need to be standardized and dimensions for reference. The functional dimensions are based on GB10000-88 "Human Dimensions of Chinese Adults", and the reasonable and applicable dimensions in the original standard are retained. The following technical changes have been made between this standard and the original standard: 1 The order of symbol subscripts is marked in the order of this standard. 2 Tables: 1) The tabletop height is stipulated to be 680~760mm, and the height difference between the table and chair is changed from 280~320mm to 250~320mm. 2) The width of the double cabinet table is changed from 1200~1400mm to 1200~2400mm, and the depth of 600~750mm is changed to 600~1200mm. 3) The width of a single cabinet table is changed from 900~1200mm to 900~1500mm, and the depth is changed from 500600mm to 500~750mm. 4) The content of dressing table is added. 5) A rectangular table is added to the dining table and a series of sizes are formed, with a width of 900~1800mm and a depth of 450~1200mm. The square and round tables are changed from 750~1000mm to 600~1800mm, and the maximum size of the square table is still 1000mm. 3 Chairs and stools: 1) The sinking amount of the soft seat surface is changed from an indefinite amount to a maximum seat height of 460mm. 2) The provisions on the width of the chair back, the angle difference and the width-to-depth ratio are cancelled. This standard is one of the main dimensions of furniture series standards. Currently, the series of standards include: GB/T3326--1997 "Main dimensions of furniture tables, chairs and stools"; GB/T3327-1997 "Main dimensions of furniture cabinets"; GB/T3328-1997 "Main dimensions of furniture beds". This standard will be implemented for a transition period of one year from the date of publication. This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Furniture Standardization Center. The main drafting unit of this standard: Guangdong Nanhai Federal Furniture Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Runlin, Ding Yimin, Jin Zhu. This standard was first published on December 29, 1982.
