1 General!
1.0.1 In order to unify the technical regulations and standards for the engineering design of chemical powder material mechanical conveying systems, better implement the national technical and economic policies and technical standards, and strive to achieve the economy, rationality and reliability of powder mechanical conveying, improve the design level and quality, and speed up the design progress, this regulation is specially formulated. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to the basic engineering design (preliminary design) and detailed engineering design (construction drawing) stages of mechanical conveying process design of powder material loading, crushing, screening, storage and packaging systems in new or expanded projects of large and medium-sized chemical enterprises. It can also be used as a reference for the mechanical conveying process design of powder materials in small chemical enterprises and other industries. 1.0.3 The mechanical transportation of chemical powder materials should be combined with reality, absorb domestic and foreign technical experience, adopt mature new processes, comply with relevant regulations on labor safety and health and environmental protection, and strive to achieve advanced technology, reasonable layout, reliable operation, safe operation, convenient maintenance, and economical and practical.
1.0.4 The design of the mechanical transportation system of chemical powder materials should be based on the long-term planning of the production scale of the whole plant, leaving room for expansion. If it is confirmed through technical and economic comparison that the phased construction is unreasonable, it can be built at one time. When designing the renovation and expansion project, it should be combined with the actual situation of the original production system and give full play to the capacity of the original facilities. 1.0.5 This regulation only makes relevant provisions for the process design of belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, buried scraper conveyors, plate conveyors, vibrating conveyors, scraper conveyors and other commonly used conveying machinery. 1.0.6 In addition to complying with these regulations, the process design of chemical powder material mechanical transportation should also comply with the provisions of current national standards, industry standards, technical specifications and regulations.

2.2.1 General provisions
2.1.1 Technical provisions for selection of mechanical conveying schemes 1. The mechanical conveying scheme should be reasonably selected according to the type and characteristics of the material (particle size, loose density, fluidity, adhesion, abrasiveness, temperature, moisture content, corrosiveness, flammability, explosiveness and toxicity), conveying volume, conveying distance, feeding and unloading methods, work system, working environment, natural conditions and other special requirements, so as to achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safe and reliable operation. 2.2.2 In addition to complying with the "Design Principles for Chemical Mechanized Transportation" (HG20518), the mechanical conveying process design should also be designed in accordance with the following technical provisions:
(1) Generally, there are multiple conveying machines for the same material to meet its transportation. Economic, reasonable, practical and reliable conveying machines should be selected.
(2) The system's conveying volume should be able to meet the production capacity of the front and rear operating units, and a buffer silo should be set up when necessary. (3) Mechanical conveying system The configuration of conveying machinery should be as simple and compact as possible. The types, varieties and specifications of conveying machinery should be reduced as much as possible unless there are special requirements.
(4) For chemical powder materials that are prone to static electricity, anti-static measures should be taken for their conveying machinery, equipment and tubes. (5) The degree of mechanization and automation of the system should be compatible with the production equipment. When designing, the labor intensity should be reduced as much as possible, the production conditions should be improved, and the safety and health of the operators should be guaranteed. At the same time, attention should be paid to saving investment, avoiding being out of touch with reality, and pursuing high standards. 2.1.2 Technical regulations for the configuration of special-purpose conveying machinery 1 For powder materials that need to be measured during the conveying process, belt conveyors equipped with belt scales are generally used. For large-scale equipment, belt scale calibration devices should be installed.
2 For mechanical conveying of powder materials that feed multiple bins, reversible bin belt conveyors, fixed multi-point unloading belt conveyors, belt conveyors with electric unloading vehicles, rotary belt conveyors, etc. are generally used. Screw conveyors, buried scraper conveyors, scraper conveyors, etc. can also be used.
3 For long conveying distances, belt conveyors with high-strength conveyor belts (such as nylon core, wire rope core belts) can be used. For large conveying angles, air cushions, U-shaped, corrugated sidewalls, tubular belt conveyors or buried scraper conveyors and bucket elevators can be used. For closed conveying, tubular belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, buried scraper conveyors, vibrating conveyors, etc. can be used.
4 For sampling requirements for subsequent processes, such as mixing requirements in the yard or warehouse, belt conveyors should be used and equipped with mechanical sampling devices.
5 For dehydration requirements during the conveying process, conveying machinery with dehydration functions can be used, such as dehydration bucket elevators.
6.When screening and cooling are required to be completed simultaneously during the transportation process, a sieve plate or cooling jacket can be installed on the vibrating trough of the vibrating conveyor.
7 When conveying powder materials that require heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, explosion resistance, etc., the conveying machinery should have corresponding protection functions.
8 When conveying powder materials vertically, corrugated sidewall belt conveyors, vertical screw conveyors, vertical vibrating conveyors, buried scraper conveyors and bucket elevators can be used. Machines.
9 For some special materials, such as soda ash, a dedicated soda ash screw conveyor and a dedicated soda ash buried scraper conveyor should be used. 10 For conveying fragile materials and protecting their appearance from being damaged, a chain bucket elevator can be used. 2.1.3 Work system and quota
1 The actual working hours per shift of the mechanical conveying system are generally 6 hours. 2 The determination of the work system should be in accordance with the provisions of 2.0.4 of the "Design Principles for Chemical Mechanized Transportation" (HG20518). 3 The working system of the mechanical conveying system connected with the packaging and palletizing system shall comply with the provisions of 2.2.4 of the "Design Regulations for Chemical Powder and Particle Product Measurement, Packaging and Palletizing System" (HG20663). 4 When there is no transition silo before and after the mechanical conveying system connected with the chemical process system, its working system shall be adapted to the chemical process system.
5 In principle, the operators of the mechanical conveying system are not equipped with a single machine operator, but are generally equipped with patrol inspection personnel, and the number of personnel is determined according to the complexity of the system and the control level. The staffing is determined according to the current labor system. If a five-day work system is implemented, the shift reserve personnel shall be considered as 50% of the actual number of personnel required per day. For the convenience of management, the two-shift work system can be organized as three shifts, and the three-shift work system can be organized as four shifts.
2.2 System Design
2.2.1 System Design Content
1 The conveying process of bulk or bagged powder raw materials, fuels, and semi-finished products before entering the chemical process workshop or device. 2. The transportation process of bulk powder materials from product formation or packaging to loading (ship) for storage and delivery. 3. The transportation process of bulk powder residue discharged from the production workshop or device from the outlet of the slag discharge equipment to the delivery. 4. The design of the mechanical transportation process of powder inside the workshop or device, on the basis of the design basic data and recommended layout diagram provided by the chemical process and device layout professionals, the transportation machinery layout, selection and calculation are carried out. 5. The transportation process before the coal or feeding system on the boiler or other industrial furnace, the raw coal or raw material storage hopper on the top of the furnace. 6. The ash and slag treatment of the boiler or other industrial furnace, the transportation process after the ash hopper discharge port of the electrostatic precipitator or the slag discharger outlet. 7. The production auxiliary facilities and living facilities of the transportation system. 2.2.2 The daily production capacity of the system - generally calculated as 1.2 times the daily consumption of raw materials and fuels of the chemical process device or the daily output of finished products. When the production capacity of the chemical process device fluctuates greatly and there are no buffer facilities, the system design capacity should ensure that it is greater than the maximum fluctuation capacity of the process workshop or device.
2.2.3 Technical regulations for system equipment selection
1 Equipment selection should comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of "Chemical Mechanized Transportation Design Principles" (HG20518). 2 For conveying powder materials that are easy to fly or toxic and harmful, closed conveying machinery should generally be used. 3 For petrochemical products that have high requirements for product purity and brand, it is not appropriate to use conveying machinery that contacts the material with the metal body and is not easy to clean, such as bucket elevators, buried scraper conveyors, screw conveyors, etc. 4 For conveying machinery that conveys flammable and explosive powder materials, products with certificates issued by authoritative departments must be selected.
