4.12 Operating ambient temperature range
JB/T6160—2001
The slide projector should be able to work normally in the ambient temperature of -10℃~+40℃. 4.13 Continuous working time
The slide projector should be able to work continuously for 4 hours under rated voltage conditions. 4.14 Appearance
The outer surface of the slide projector should be clean and beautiful, and should not be rusted, peeled, scratched, etc. The surface of the machine parts should be free of sharp edges and burrs. 5 Test methods
5.1 The fitting dimensions are measured with vernier calipers.
5.2 Effective luminous flux and illumination uniformity
According to the provisions of JB/T8242.
5.3 resolution
5.3.1 test conditions
a)
b)
c)
d)||tt| |e)
Use a screen with sufficient resolution;
The power supply voltage deviation should be within 1% of its rated value: the projection optical axis should be perpendicular to the screen:
on the screen Interfering light should not exceed 1% of the total illumination; the projection area on the screen is 1m\.
5.3.2 Test steps
a) Project the slide onto the inspection plate and adjust the focus so that the center pattern on the inspection plate is clearly imaged on the screen. b)
The observer observes the scene at the optimal viewing distance (generally 250mm~300mm) and determines the maximum number of resolution groups that can simultaneously distinguish radial and tangential lines in the center and 0.7 field of view patterns on the screen The numerical value is the resolution value of the slide projector. When the resolution values ??at different locations in the same field of view are different, the lowest value should be used. 5.4. Picture distortion rate
Make the projection optical axis perpendicular to the screen, and project the slide screen inspection board with a screen area of ??1m. After adjusting the focus, use a ruler to virtually pick out the two-sided distortion pattern lines on the screen as shown in Figure 1. The maximum height d between the straight line connected to the two end points of the line and the distance D from the midpoint of the straight line to the center point of the business surface. Calculate the picture distortion rate α according to formula (1): @ =(d/D)×100%
where: α
d
D
-face to face Distortion rate, %;
The maximum distance a distortion pattern line deviates from the straight line connected between the two ends of the line, mm; the distance from the midpoint of the straight line connected between the two ends of the distortion pattern line to the center point of the screen, mm . 20 | Maximize the projection angle and use a protractor to find the angle between the bottom of the slide projector and the platform.
5.6 direct light
Visual observation.
5.7 Mechanical Noise
Place the slide projector on a rigid foundation, install the slides, and perform normal opening and film changing operations. Use the sound level meter A level to measure 1.5m horizontally in front of the slide projector lens. bzxZ.net
The test environment should meet the following conditions:
a). The environment should meet the free sound field conditions, that is, the difference between the noise values ??measured at 0.75m and 1.5m away from the slide projector should be 4dB~ Within 6dB.
b) The ambient noise is more than 10dB lower than the total noise. 5.8 Door temperature rise
According to the method of JB/T6838.
5.9 Voltage fluctuation range
a) When the power supply voltage is adjusted to a deviation of +10% from the rated value, the machine should be able to operate normally. Test twice, and the interval between each test shall not be less than 5minc
6) The power supply voltage is adjusted to a deviation of -10% from the rated value and turned on. The equipment should be able to start working normally when the load is maximum. Test three times, the interval between each test is not less than 5min; each test operation is 10 times, the interval is not less than 5se5.10 Operating environment temperature range
a) High temperature test: After the machine is stored in +40℃ environment for 2 hours , when the machine is turned on and screened under the original conditions, it should work normally after 30 minutes of operation; b) Low-reduction test: After the machine is stored in a -10°C environment for 2 hours, it should be turned on and screened under the original conditions, and it should work normally after 10 minutes of operation. 5.11 Continuous working time
In an environment with a temperature of 20℃±5℃ and a relative humidity of 70%~80%, the machine is equipped with qualified 5×5 slides and is turned on within the normal electrical fluctuation range. When working, change the film approximately every 7 seconds. No card or other failures may occur during continuous operation for 4 hours. 5.12 Appearance
Visual inspection.

10 Operating environment temperature range
a) High temperature test: After the machine is stored in an environment of +40℃ for 2 hours, it is turned on and screened under the original conditions. It should work normally for 30 minutes of operation; b) Low temperature test: The machine is stored in an environment of -10℃ After being stored in the medium for 2 hours, it should be turned on and screened under the original conditions. It should work normally after 10 minutes of operation.
