This standard applies to adhesive tapes made of polyester film with thermosetting adhesives on one side. 2 Reference standards JB/T5969 Pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for electrical use General requirements JB/T5970 Test methods for pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for electrical use 3 Product model and code The model of this product is: 6230 The code of this product is: F-PETP/130/Ts. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Appearance The appearance shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of JB/T5969. 4.2 Dimensions 4.2.1 Width and deviation The width and deviation shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2 of JB/T5969, 4.2.2 Length The length shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3 of JB/T5969. 4.2.3 Thickness and deviation The preferred nominal thickness is 0.02~0.1mm. The thickness deviation is ±15% or ±0.01mm, and the larger absolute value of the two is selected as the allowable deviation. Performance of adhesive tape The performance of adhesive tape shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Test method When there is no special test condition, the sample shall be pre-treated and tested according to the requirements of Chapter 3 of JB/T5970. 5.1 Appearance Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 16, 1992 Implemented on December 1, 1992 Indicator name Electrolytic corrosion Resistance method Long-term heat resistance (temperature index) Resistance Adhesion after heat treatment Tensile strength Elongation at break Adhesion to steel plate Thickness ≤ 0.02mm Thickness > 0.02mm Adhesion to substrate Adhesion to deer material after immersion in liquid Electrical strength Under normal conditions After being damp JB/T 5658-1991 N/10mm N/10mm N/10mm N/10mm Note: 1) For materials that meet the requirements of this item, the index value of the wire tensile strength method or the visual method can be added as needed. Width The width is measured with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm. Length The length is measured with a meter or a steel ruler accurate to 1cm. 5.2.3 Thickness The thickness is measured according to the method in Chapter 4 of JB/T5970. 5.3 Electrolytic corrosion ≥130 All three samples passed Thickness ≥600 per millimeter The sample was treated at 23±2°C and relative humidity of 91% to 95% for 24 hours and then tested according to the method in Chapter 5 of JB/T5970. Long-term heat resistance The temperature index of the material is determined according to the method in Chapter 8 of JB/T5970. The recommended aging temperature is: 150℃, 160℃ and 180℃. The failure standard adopted is electrical strength: 35MV/m, calculated based on the original thickness. 5.5 Warping Tested according to the method in Chapter 17 of JB/T5970. The temperature and time of the heat treatment of the sample are provided by the manufacturer. 5.6 Adhesion after heat treatment Tested according to JB/T5970 Article 9.2, wwW.bzxz.Net The temperature and time of heat treatment of the sample are provided by the manufacturer, 5.7 Tensile strength and elongation at break Tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 10. Adhesion to steel plate and adhesion to substrate are tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 11, Adhesion to substrate after immersion in liquid The liquid for immersion in liquid is a mixture of 75% n-hexane and 25% toluene, tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 12. Electric strength Tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 13. Inspection rules JB/T5658-1991 6.1 The recommended factory inspection items are Items 7, 8, and 10 in Table 1 of 4.1.4.2 and 4.3 of this standard. 6.2 In the case that the composition and manufacturing process have not changed, the determined product temperature index is always valid, and the marking, packaging, transportation and storage should comply with the provisions of JB/T5969 on marking, packaging, transportation and storage. The storage temperature and relative humidity limit values refer to the maximum values caused by climate change, and are not the highest conditions allowed for continuous storage.
