3.4.4After the stop check valve body and valve cover are assembled, a hydraulic strength test shall be carried out. The test pressure P=1.5PN shall be maintained for 10 minutes without leakage.
3.4.5After the stop check valve is assembled, a hydraulic sealing test shall be carried out. When the stop check valve is closed, pressurize from the bottom of the valve disc with a hydraulic test pressure of P=1.25PN and maintain the pressure for 1 minute. There shall be no leakage. When the stop check valve is opened, seal the outlet end and pressurize from the bottom of the valve disc with a test pressure of Pm=1.25P and maintain the pressure for 10 minutes. There shall be no leakage at the valve cover and valve stem seal.3.4. 6 After the hydraulic test, the stop check valve should be subjected to an air pressure sealing test with a test pressure of P = P. When the stop check valve is closed, pressurize from below the valve disc and maintain the pressure for 101min. There should be no leakage. When the stop check valve is opened, seal the outlet, pressurize from below the valve disc and maintain the pressure for 10min. There should be no leakage at the valve cover and the wide stem seal. 3.4.7 Check valve air pressure sealing test Lift the valve stem, pressurize from above the valve disc with a test force of P = 5.0MPa and maintain the pressure for 10min. There should be no slippage under the valve disc.
3.5 Appearance: The surface of the stop check valve should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as burrs, slag inclusions, pits, etc. are allowed. 4 Quality Assurance Provisions
4.1 Inspection Responsibility
The stop check valve should be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. The stop check valve submitted for acceptance must comply with Chapter 3 and Section 5 of this specification. 4.2 Inspection methods CB 593-96 4.2.1 Stop and check valves shall be subjected to hydraulic strength tests in accordance with GB 600, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 3.4.4. 4.2.2 Stop and check valves shall be subjected to hydraulic and pneumatic sealing tests in accordance with GB 600, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 3.4.5 and 3.4.6. 4.2.3 Check valves shall be subjected to pneumatic sealing tests in accordance with GB 600, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 3, 4.7. 5 Delivery preparation
5.1 Packaging
Before packaging, the flange sealing surface of the stop-check valve should be covered with a cover plate, and the threaded part should be covered with a sheath. 5.2 Packing
The stop-check valve should be packed in boxes before leaving the factory. There should be a packing list in the box, and the packing list should indicate the following: b. Product name, label number;
b. Nominal pressure, nominal diameter;
c. Quantity per box:
d. Product certificate number.
5.3 Storage
The product should be placed in a dry room and is not allowed to be stored in the open air. 5.4 Marking
The marking of stop check valves shall be in accordance with the requirements of (GB 3032, and shall have the standard number, inspection stamp and manufacturer's mark. Additional remarks
