Sampling is performed from 10% barrels of each batch (with uniform products as a batch), and small batches of products shall not be less than 3 barrels. When sampling, use a probe to take samples including the upper, middle and lower parts, and the sampling amount shall not be less than 200g. Mix the sample carefully and pack it into two clean and dry brown glass bottles with ground stoppers and seal them with paraffin. Paste labels on the bottles, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, batch, and sampling date. One bottle is used for inspection and the other is kept for future reference.
5 Test method
5.1 Determination of appearance
Visual determination is adopted.
5.2 Determination of spectral intensity
5.2.1 Instrument
5.2.1.1766MC spectrophotometer or spectrophotometer with equivalent function. 5.2.1.2 Cuvette: 10mm.
5.2.1.3 Balance: sensitivity 0.0001g.
5.2.1.4 Volumetric flask: 500mL, 100mL. 5.2.2 Determination
Weigh 1g of standard sample and sample (accurate to 0.0005g), place them in beakers, dissolve them with distilled water and transfer them to a 500mL volumetric flask, dilute them to the mark with distilled water, and shake them. Take 2mL of standard solution and sample solution respectively, dilute them to 100mL with distilled water, and measure their optical density values at a wavelength of 625nm (allowable error ±5nm) with a spectrophotometer. 5.2.3 Calculation
The spectral intensity can be calculated according to formula (1):
W.bzsoso.cOIWhere: F—spectral intensity,
Ei——optical density value of standard solution;
E2——optical density value of sample solution.
5.3 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity
5.3.1 General conditions for dyeing
HG/T3632—1999
Perform in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T2374 and GB/T2376. 5.3.2 Preparation of dye bath
Dyeing depth is 1.5%; 5g cotton cloth (cotton yarn); bath ratio is 1:40. (1)
Weigh 0.75g of the standard sample and test sample (accurate to 0.0005g), place them in a 300mL beaker, mix them into a slurry with a small amount of distilled water, add 50mL of distilled water at about 60℃, and after it is completely dissolved, add 11.3mL of 100g/L sodium sulfide (calculated as 100%) solution (dye: sodium sulfide = 1:1.5), stir well, add 150mL of 60℃ distilled water, stir well, cool, transfer to a 500mL volumetric flask, and dilute to the scale with distilled water. The dye solution used for each dyeing must be prepared in five 300mL dyeing tanks as needed, and the dye bath must be prepared according to the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Preparation of dye bath
