The manufacturer takes the products that are mixed evenly at one time as a batch. The number of sampling barrels in each batch shall not be less than 10%, and the sampling of small batch products shall not be less than 3 barrels. The packaging of the products must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the products. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel. The total amount of samples taken shall not be less than 200g. After the samples are fully mixed, they are divided into two clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottles, sealed with paraffin, and labels are attached to the bottles. Indicate: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and location. One bottle is for inspection, and the bottle is kept for reference. 5 Test method 5.1 Determination of appearance Visual evaluation is adopted. 5.2 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity Colorimetry. General conditions shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2374. The dyeing method adopts the acrylic bulked dyeing in GB/T4465-1984. The dyeing depth is 0.3%. 2g acrylic bulked yarn is used for dyeing. The bath ratio is 1:100. 5.2.2 5.2.3 Preparation of dye bath: Prepare the dye bath in five 300mL dye vats according to the provisions of Table 3.
