3.1 Types
Filters for mechanical seal systems are divided into two types: GL type is filter screen (see Figure 1); GC type is magnetic ring plus filter screen (see Figure 2). The pressure bearing direction is unidirectional and bidirectional. (00002

Main technical requirements
Filters for mechanical sealing systems shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The materials of magnetic filters are shown in the table below.

In the assembly of magnetic filters, magnetic rings are sucked together in pairs, and each pair is separated by a pad. The two separated pairs should be installed in a repulsive manner. 5.4
The products are subjected to water pressure test one by one before leaving the factory. When the pressure difference between the filter and the front and rear exceeds 0.05MPa during use, it should be cleaned. 5.5
The technical requirements of magnetic rings shall comply with the provisions of GB4753. 6
Inspection method
After assembly, the liquid outlet is blocked with a plug, and the liquid inlet is pressurized (pay attention to exhaust when pressurizing), pressurized to the standard value, and maintained for at least 5 minutes. During this period, the pressure gauge display is not allowed to drop and no liquid seeps out. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The filter is packed in wooden boxes or corrugated paper when leaving the factory, and can prevent damage during transportation. The product should have a product logo. The product model, name and relevant parameters should be indicated on the logo. 7.2
7.3 Products should have product certificates. The certificate should indicate the product model, name, manufacturer, production date and the signature of the inspector. Products should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse. 7.4
