Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the quality assurance procedures for material design and is applicable to design quality assurance work. 2 Document management
2.1 Acceptance conditions
2.1.1 The person in charge of the profession is responsible for the acceptance conditions. The person in charge of the profession shall urge the profession that proposes the design conditions to obtain the conditions and data according to the design schedule, distribute them to relevant personnel, and require the establishment of engineering files within the profession for management and reference. 2.1.2 The person in charge of the profession shall ensure that all acceptance conditions are reviewed and signed by the profession that proposes the conditions in accordance with the requirements of the quality assurance procedures.
2.1.3 The person in charge of the profession shall verify the acceptance conditions and promptly report any incompleteness or doubts to the relevant profession. 2.1.4 The person in charge of the profession shall regularly check the acceptance conditions to ensure that the acceptance conditions used by the professionals in their work are the latest versions.
2.2 Proposed conditions
2.2.1 All proposed conditions of this specialty shall be managed and proposed by the specialty leader. All proposed conditions shall be reviewed and signed according to the quality assurance procedures.
2.2.2 The specialty leader shall keep the original documents prepared by the specialty and require the establishment of engineering archives within the specialty.
2.2.3 In addition to saving the original documents, the specialty leader shall also save a copy of each edition and store it in the data book together with the drawing data sending form.

5 Engineering design regulations and general technical regulations for equipment (materials) This discipline only participates in the preparation or review of the material part of the engineering design regulations and general technical regulations for equipment of the relevant disciplines (containers, heat exchangers, special equipment, industrial furnaces, pumps, powder engineering and piping materials, etc.). 6.2 Review and countersignature
6.2.1 The person in charge of the materials department shall review the relevant material welding, manufacturing (or construction) process and material test methods in the above-mentioned 6.1.1, paragraph 1 and 2 documents prepared by the leading disciplines and make comments. The materials department shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of its statements.
6.2.2 The above-mentioned 6.1.1, paragraph 1 and 2 documents shall also be submitted to the technical person in charge of the materials department for review. 6.2.3 After the review opinions of the materials department are summarized and revised by the leading discipline, they shall be signed in the formal document by the leading discipline. 6.2.4 Before submitting the documents in 6.1.1, 1 and 2 above to the design manager, the person in charge of the materials department shall confirm that the review opinions of this department have been correctly included in the documents and sign in the counter-signature column of the corresponding documents. 245

Review and signature
7.2.1-~ Review of general drawings and documents
The person in charge of the materials department shall review the drawings and documents provided by the manufacturer (commercial) and make comments. The review opinions shall be provided to the leading professional in written form for summary, and the leading professional shall return them to the manufacturer (commercial) in accordance with the prescribed procedures and methods. 7.2.2 Review of technical documents closely related to the material specialty 1 The person in charge of the material specialty shall conduct a detailed review of the technical documents closely related to the material specialty provided by the manufacturer (supplier), such as material specifications, welding procedure qualification reports (POR), welding procedure specifications (WPS), etc., to examine whether they meet the requirements of the equipment (material) purchase order or technical specifications and their attachments. 2 After the above-mentioned manufacturer (supplier) documents are initially reviewed by the person in charge of the specialty, they must also be reviewed by the person in charge of the material specialty technology. For major issues, the opinions of the director of the department or the chief engineer must also be heard. 3 The person in charge of the material specialty shall mark the review opinions on the above-mentioned documents and stamp them with the review stamp. According to the review opinions, put a "√" mark in the box "口" in front of the corresponding "Approved", "Approved after modification" or "Re-reviewed after modification" column in the review stamp, sign and indicate the review date, and then return it to the manufacturer (supplier) by the leading professional or contact person according to the regulations of the project. 8 Others
8.0.1 When the design is in progress and some conditions are missing in a certain aspect, in order not to affect the normal progress of the work, you can refer to the design experience of similar projects or this profession and publish some design conditions to the relevant professions first, but the words "to be determined" should be clearly indicated in the relevant parts of the conditions. Once the professional person in charge receives the conditions of the relevant profession, he should check, confirm or modify them in time, cancel the words "to be determined" and immediately issue the formal conditions. 8.0.2 If our company (institute) undertakes the design of equipment construction drawings, before carrying out the construction drawing design work, this profession should review the unified regulations for the design of engineering equipment construction drawings written by the main profession, and refer to Chapter 5 for its design quality assurance procedures.
8.0.3 In order to ensure the quality of the modification of the design documents, the modification must be carried out in accordance with the steps of the design quality assurance procedure. And mark the modification mark at the modification, and write a brief description, date and signature in the modification column. 8.0.4
In order to facilitate the implementation of the design quality assurance procedure, a review procedure (see Chapter 9) is specially formulated for reference and implementation.
