For fuel oils within the range of 100% and above, diesel and light oils can be considered as a special group of products because these hydrocarbon concentrates have variable flash points within this range.
The mixture contains a known concentration of flammable liquid. Although the mixture may contain non-volatile components such as polymers and additives, the flash point can be determined without testing, provided that the mixture has a flash point calculated by the method listed in 5.2. and is at least higher than the agency classification criteria, and the conditions are as follows:
The exact composition of the mixture is known (if the material has a specified composition, the lowest calculated point should be selected for evaluation:
GB 20581—2006
The flash point of each component is known (closed cup flash point obtained in 5.2.1). When these are extrapolated to other temperature conditions:
The corrective factor for the presence of active ingredients in the mixture including the temperature dependence;
The liquid phase is flammable.
5.2.3If the relevant factors are not available, the flash point and initial boiling point shall be determined experimentally, and the internal boiling point shall be determined by closed cup test - only in special cases shall the closed cup test be used.

This standard provides some common warning statements, which are instructions that can be suitable for the labels provided for specific substances or mixtures. The warning statements that are most suitable for the specific situation should be used. When using words in brackets in the warning statement, any word in the brackets can be used to supplement the core content contained in the sentence or replace the content. 8.1 Physical Hazard Statements General Warning Statements Avoid ignition sources: Keep away from open flames (no smoking). Use only in a well-ventilated area.
Use with appropriate ventilation or closed system ventilation 1. Before using, do not enter the use area and storage area. Use only under sufficient ventilation (or closed system ventilation) to keep the harmful substances (powder, smoke, mist, etc. in the air) below the set exposure limit.
Use appropriate ventilation to remove vapors (smoke, dust, etc.). Use appropriate ventilation and/or upper process digging to avoid exposure to vapors during high temperature operations. Provide appropriate wind protection during use to avoid mist accumulation [When using, there is a suitable wind table, and the department has to ventilate or collect respiratory protection. It is prohibited to use in areas without proper ventilation.

Wear! Appropriate [protective clothing] [goggles/mask] Wear protective clothing and goggles (specify the type of protective clothing and goggles). Wear protective eyewear (goggles, face shield or safety glasses). Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, avoid direct contact, 8.3
Instructions for appropriate measures in case of accident
Prevent leakage, evacuate the danger area.
In case of leakage, consult an expert,
Wash the floor and all objects contaminated by this substance with (material specified before manufacturing). Use absorbent or put into container, collect and dispose of. Cover the waste.
Absorb the remaining objects in a hygroscopic or volatile absorbent and move to a safe place: treat the liquid with
Dinger,
Wash away the remaining liquid with plenty of water. 1. Do not drain the sewer.
Prevent condensation from flowing into drains and sewers,
immediately clean up the leak.
When handling flammable leaks, use a non-sparking container to remove all ignition sources. Ensure proper ventilation to remove steam, smoke, dust, etc., and collect the leak in a sealable (metal/plastic) container. Carefully collect the seepage and leaks as much as possible in a sealable metal/plastic container: Do not return the leak to the original container,
Pour the condensate into the container!
Carefully collect the residue.
Kneel down to measure the residue and place it in a
door container
container; if necessary, first moisten it to avoid dust. 1. Then move it to a safe place.
It is forbidden to absorb with sawdust or other fire absorbents. It is forbidden to spray water directly on the liquid.
8.3.2 Firefighting
In case of fire, use <specify the specific type of firefighting equipment). If water increases the risk, do not use water. Use charcoal, powder or foam. Use water to cool or protect the exposed material. If the gas flow cannot be stopped immediately, allow the gas to burn to cut off the source; if this is impossible or harmless to the surroundings, let the fire burn out by itself; otherwise, use charcoal fire. All ignition agents can be used. If the surroundings are poor, use appropriate ignition agents. Wear complete protective clothing, including a hand-held breathing apparatus. 8.4 First aid 8.4.1 General In case of accident or physical discomfort, seek medical help immediately (post medical signs where possible): When calling a poison control center, emergency station or doctor for treatment, carry the product wearer or label with you. 8.4.2 Accidents caused by inhalation
In case of a life-threatening accident in the hall, move the patient to fresh air and keep him/her safe. If inhaled, give first aid immediately.
"Move the patient to fresh air and rest. Immediately move to fresh air. Get medical treatment immediately. If symptoms or signs continue to appear, seek medical attention immediately. If the patient stops breathing, perform artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, provide oxygen.
Take a semi-supine position.
Use artificial respiration if necessary.
|Do not use one-to-mouth respiration.
Inhalation, oxygen or artificial respiration: Medical treatment If inhalation occurs, use amyl nitrite, medical treatment Take the patient to fresh air
Call 120 emergency number or call an ambulance, then perform artificial respiration. If possible, it is best to accompany the patient with one-to-mouth respiration, and then select a rescue center or doctor for further treatment during the call. 8.4.3 Accidents caused by ingestion
If ingestion occurs, get medical treatment immediately
If swallowed, do not (induce) vomiting immediately Find a doctor (medical) for help - and show the container or label, etc. If swallowing, immediately seek medical attention and show the container or label, etc. If you see a sound, rinse the cavity with water (the instrument is used for the injured person to be conscious and awake) If swallowing, the patient is conscious and awake, follow the instructions of the doctor immediately to induce vomiting. (Do not induce vomiting). (If the patient is conscious, give two glasses of water and get medical treatment immediately). If you want to (one cup of water, call a doctor (or immediately ask the medical center) rinse your mouth
