This standard is a revision of ZBJ36013-9 Classifications and symbols of controlled atmospheres. It will be rectified according to relevant regulations, and the main technical contents will not be changed.
This standard replaces ZBJ36013-89 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Heat Treatment Standardization. This standard specifies the classification and code of controlled atmospheres used in heat treatment, and is applicable to controlled atmospheres used in chemical heat treatments such as carbonisation and carbon fusion and heat preservation.
2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Exothermic gas purification
Dehydrate the exothermic atmosphere of the glycosides and remove carbon dioxide to make the leather atmosphere: or add a certain proportion of water vapor to the exothermic gas in the passage, and under the catalytic effect, convert the oxide in the gas into carbon dioxide, and then dehydrate and generate carbon dioxide to make the leather atmosphere.
2.2 Exothermic gas-endothermic atmosphere
