The width of the rubber wire is measured with a reading microscope with an accuracy of 0.01mⅢ or other appropriate measuring tools. Except for the end 3m of the rubber wire, the width of the single wire is 5.1
Randomly select five points, and the width of the piece of wire is selected from three points every 100m, and the average value is 5. 2 The surface quality of the rubber wire is tested under light by using the daily tester and the above-mentioned measuring tools. 5. 3 Physical properties of rubber wire
5.3.1 Tensile strength, elongation at break, and fixed stress shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A. 5.3.2 Fixed elongation permanent deformation
The test can be carried out using the test instrument specified in HG/T4-859, or on a tensile testing machine. Three specimens of about 100 mm are cut from the sample, the distance between the markings is 20 mm, and the distance between the clamps of the testing machine is 30 mm. The distance between the markings is made to reach 500±10% of the original gauge length. The specimen is kept in a tensile state for 15 minutes, and the specimen is recovered for 5 minutes after being removed. The test results are the average of the three specimens.
Other requirements for related tests shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG/T4-859.5.3.3 Hot air agingwww.bzxz.net
Take the same sample as in 5.3.1 and test it in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 3512. The test conditions are (80±1C) × 72 h. Test it in accordance with the method in 5.3.1.
5.3.4 Copper resistance test
Take the same sample as in 5.3.1 and immerse it in a 4.0% sodium sulfate solution of level 1 or above at room temperature for 24 h. Rinse it with water and wipe it dry gently. Then immediately accelerate aging under the condition of 80±1℃ for 72 h continuously. Then test it in accordance with the method in 5.3.1. Other requirements shall be in accordance with 5.3.3.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
< 1. 1 Factory inspection
HG/T 2448 - 93
The rubber wire shall be inspected for tensile strength, elongation at break, 500% permanent deformation, surface quality and 300% elongation stress of high elongation stress products before delivery.
6. 1.2 Type inspection
All items required by this standard shall be inspected according to the relevant provisions of 6.6.1 in 01.3. During normal production, hot air aging shall be inspected once a quarter, and other items shall be inspected once every six months. 6.2. Sampling and judgment rules
6.2.1 Sampling
Factory inspection: 50 t of the same type of rubber wire shall be regarded as a batch. If the half-monthly production is less than 50 t, the half-monthly production shall be regarded as a batch. One pillow of rubber wire (or several reels equivalent to one rubber wire) shall be randomly selected from each batch for physical property inspection. No less than 5% of the rubber wire shall be randomly selected from each batch for surface quality inspection.
6.2.2° Judgment rules
All physical properties and surface quality indicators must meet the requirements of superior products, then it is judged as superior products. If one of the physical properties does not meet the requirements of the grade, then another double-dangerous sample is taken according to the provisions of 6.2.1 for re-inspection of the item. If it still does not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade or 20% of the samples in the surface quality inspection do not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, the batch of products will be downgraded to the corresponding grade. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
T.! The product is packed in cartons,
7. Each packing box should indicate the product name, mark, trademark, grade, quantity, production date, manufacturer name, and attach a product certificate.
The product certificate shall include the mark, grade, production date, inspector code, etc. 7.3 During transportation and storage, the rubber thread shall be kept away from direct sunlight, rain and snow, kept clean, and prevented from contact with substances such as acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents. It shall be kept 1m away from heat sources. 7.4 When the rubber thread is stored, the temperature shall be maintained at -5~+35℃ and the relative humidity shall be maintained at 50~80%. 7.5 The product shall be stored under the above conditions. The manufacturer shall ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard within 1 year from the date of production. A 1 Test device

Rubber thread tensile test method
(Supplement)
Use a testing machine suitable for measuring the tensile test of rubber thread for testing. The error of the tensile force indication is less than ±2%, the force measurement range is appropriate and the rigid plane fixture is suitable to avoid damage to the sample. The distance between the test machine clamps should be 30mm, and the moving speed is 500mm/m. The bridge wire of the sample for measuring elongation is 20mm.
Other test requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T528. A2 test method
Determine the density of the rubber wire sample according to the method specified in HG/T2412.3, and then cut 1,000 1000mm long samples from a sample rubber wire as needed, weigh them one by one, accurate to 0.0001g, and calculate the cross-sectional area according to formula (A1) S
Where: m—mass of 1000mm long sample, g/m; p-density of sample, g/cm;
S. Cross-sectional area of sample, mm2
From the 1000mm long sample Take 10 samples of about 100mm in length, and calculate the results: take the average value of the 8 samples with the largest tensile strength among the 10 measured values. Additional notes:
