One of the operators shall serve as the gun commander. 4 Airspace safety 4.1 Application for operating airspace 4.1.1 Before implementing ground anti-aircraft gun anti-aircraft shooting operations, the meteorological authorities at or above the county level or their authorized operation points shall apply for operating airspace to the relevant airspace management agency in accordance with the requirements of the airspace use and safety guarantee agreement. 4.1.2 No operation shall be carried out without an approved airspace application. 4.2 Communication and liaison Communication and liaison Meteorological authorities at or above the county level, airspace management agencies, and ground operation points shall adopt two or more mutually backed-up communication methods such as wired communication, wireless communication, and network communication. During the operation, the communication equipment shall be manned by a dedicated person. After the operation is completed, the applicant shall immediately report the completion of the operation to the relevant airspace management agency. 4.3 Operation time The operation point shall strictly implement the operation in accordance with the time approved by the airspace management agency. If the operation is not completed within the approved time period, it shall be stopped immediately. If the suspended or revoked operation needs to be implemented again, a new airspace application shall be made. 4.4 Airspace Dynamics During operation, the operator shall closely observe the status of the operating airspace and immediately stop the operation if any abnormality occurs. 4.5: Airspace Records The operation command center shall record the application, approval and use of airspace in accordance with 3.5 of QX/T339-2016. 5 Operation Safety 5.1 Operators 5.1.1 Operators shall participate in the skill training organized by the provincial meteorological authority and pass the assessment before they can operate; qualified personnel shall receive refresher training once a year. 5.1.2 The list of operators shall be submitted by the local meteorological authority to the local public security department for record. 5.2 Operation Site 5.2.1 Before the operation, a safety inspection shall be carried out on the operation site to eliminate factors that endanger or interfere with the safety of the operation. YYYKAI-CJOG KAN 5.2.2 The operators shall wear safety protective gear during operation. 5.3 Operation equipment 5.3.1 The anti-aircraft guns and shells used in the operation shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 3 of QX/T358-2016. QX/T 17-2019 5.3.2 Before each operation, the anti-aircraft guns shall be inspected for safety according to the inspection items specified in Chapter 4 of QX/T18-2003, and the operation shall be allowed only after confirming that the anti-aircraft guns are in complete technical condition. 5.3.3 Before each operation, the shells used in the operation shall be inspected, and rusted, deformed, loose, damaged and expired shells shall not be used. 5.3.4 After each operation, the anti-aircraft guns shall be wiped and maintained according to the provisions of Chapter 7 of QX/T165-2012. 5.3.5 After the annual operation is completed, the gun body, bomb press and gun cover should be put on according to the provisions of Chapter 9 of QX/T165-2012, and the anti-aircraft gun should be sealed. 5.4 Operation Operation should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 5 and 6 of QX/T165-2012. 5.4.1 5.4.2 Shooting should be carried out within the range set by the safe firing range diagram specified in QX/T256. 5.4.3: When shooting at a large elevation angle (elevation angle not less than 60), the gunner and personnel near the operation point should pay attention to the safety of the top space to prevent damage from fragments. 5.4.4 Once a fault occurs during operation, the operation should be stopped immediately and reported in time.
