When threaded connection is used, it shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1415 or GB7306. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 13, 1993 Implemented on July 1, 1994 JB/T6878.2-93 3.4.2 Components that bear pressure should be subjected to water pressure test. The test pressure is 1.5 times the specified working pressure, and the pressure should be maintained for 5 minutes without leakage or other defects. 3.4.3 The pump and the motor should be coaxial or connected by an extended shaft or coupling. The shaft should have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure reliable operation of the pump. 3.4.4 The impeller of the pump shall be subjected to static balance test, and the allowable unbalanced torque shall be calculated as follows: M=eGg Wherein: M is the allowable unbalanced torque, N·m; - the allowable eccentricity (when the synchronous speed is 3000r/min, e=2×10-\m; when the synchronous speed is 1500r/min, e4×10-*m); G——the mass of a single impeller, kg; -gravitational acceleration 9.81m/s. When the calculated allowable unbalanced mass at the maximum diameter of the impeller is less than 3g, it is allowed to be calculated as 3g provided that the measured vibration value meets the requirements of Article 3.3.2. 3.4.5The running clearance between the sealing ring and the impeller shall be selected according to Table 1. Table 1 Seal ring diameter Diameter clearance >75~110 >112~140 >140~180 >180~220 >220~280 3.4.6Mechanical seals shall comply with the provisions of GB6556 and JB4127. If other seal types are used, they shall meet the use requirements and comply with the provisions of the corresponding standards. 3.5Material The materials of the main parts of the pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The material of the corrosion-resistant pump shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to the different media. Table 2 Material brand The quality of the pump casting shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6880.1 and JB/T6880.2. Cracks, pressure marks and other defects are not allowed on the shaft surface. Assembly and appearance quality Parts can be assembled only after they have passed the inspection. Fasteners should be connected reliably without missing or loosening. The assembled ticket should rotate flexibly without blocking. The painting of the pump should comply with the provisions of JB/T4297. 3.7 Safety The unit should have grounding measures for the motor. There should be reliable waterproof measures between the pump and the motor to prevent water from entering the motor. 4 Test method 4.1 The performance test of the pump shall be carried out in accordance with the C-level provisions of GB3216. 4.2 The vibration measurement of the pump shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10889. 4.3. The noise measurement of the pump shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10890. 5 Inspection rules The inspection of the pump is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1 Factory inspection 5.1.1 Inspection items In addition to the provisions of GB3216, the following items shall also be inspected: Pump Appearance inspection; Assembly quality inspection; Inspection of safety measures. JB/T 6878.2-93 Pumps produced in batches shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, and the sampling method and judgment rules shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.1.2 Type inspection In addition to the provisions of GB3216, the following items shall also be inspected: Appearance inspection; Assembly quality inspection; Impeller static balance test; Hydraulic pressure test; Inspection of safety measures. Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: trial production and finalization of new products or old products; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; in batch production, periodic inspection is conducted to understand the stability of product quality; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection. The number of units for type inspection shall not be less than 2. Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department and accompanied by a product certificate before it can be shipped. 5.3 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Marking 6.1.1 Product label The label shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T13306 and be fixed in an appropriate position. 6.1.1.1 The content of the label shall be as follows: Product name and model; Specified flow, m/h, Specified head, m; Matching motor power, kW; Speed, r/min; NPSH, m; Manufacturer name; Factory number and date; Unit weight, kg Overall dimensions, mm. The pump (unit) shall have an obvious direction mark. Packaging mark The words and marks on the packaging box should be neat and clear, and the contents are as follows: the name of the shipping station and the manufacturer; the name of the receiving station and the receiving unit; the product name and model; the overall dimensions, mm; the gross weight, kg; necessary words and diagrams should be marked on the appropriate parts of the packaging box, which should comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.2 Packaging and transportation JB/T 6878.2-93 The packaging of the pump should ensure that it will not be damaged due to improper packaging under normal transportation conditions. There should be waterproof measures in the packaging, and the exposed machined surface of the product should be coated with anti-rust grease before packaging.
